Geek squad instead my printer. Did good job. I will recommend to everyone for there's services.

Our laser printer which was fairly new, went off-line. Wasn't able to get it back online and have it work wirelessly no matter what we did. Finally contacted Geek Squard for assistance. The technician was able to resolve the problem in less than 20 minutes. Not only that, he was also friendly, charming and a pleasure to interact with. Would definitely contact Geek Squad for technical assistance again if needed.

Nancy was very patient, knowledgeable and persistent [some of the equipment was first generation & problems new to the squad]. She was able to update the squad on the fixes. She explained what she was doing and how best it was for me to access. She tied 4 apple products together and removed the lock outs from them. I finally can use my printer, scanner and FAX! My original goal was to sent copies of prescriptions to the insurance company instead of coping at the library and mailing them.

We usually have the Geek Squad come in and set up new computer equipment and this was no exception. Jim has been working as a Geek Squad agent for more than 10 years. He not only set up our printer but he turned on our router which was off for a year (using the cable modem router instead). He was very knowledgeable and set up both devices quickly and easily. He then explained the use of the Envy printer/copier/scanner. If you feel uncomfortable installing equipment by yourself, I would recommend the Geek Squad every time.

Gabe, the assigned Geek, was great! I was having trouble with my printer and scheduled an in home visit because it is too difficult for me to bring the printer into the nearest Best Buy Store. He found that the printer was defective and that I was able to replace it using my buyer protection plan. He helped me load the printer into my car so that I could return it and back in the afternoon with a new printer as well as a surge protector and a docking station which were used to solve a problem that I had inquired about. I would recommend the services of this particular Geek. I can't speak about the other Geek Squad members.

Geek Squad’s Francisco González set up my printer and connected it to my laptop cell phone and our second PC and cell phone and answered all our questions. He previously set up my wife’s PC ensuring it was connected to her printer. Both times he showed us all was working properly before leaving. This service is available through Geek Squad. Francisco is a definite asset to Best Buy/Geek Squad.

Shane from the Geek Squad corrected the bad printer connection to both of our laptop computers and re-installed. He confirmed the proper print, copy, and scan functions from the laptops and also had us test the print function from our cell phones. Everything works fine. Thanks Shane, the Harringtons

I think Geek squad is a VERY valuable resource. The kid that came out to the house was fabulous. He helped restore my New Outlook and hooked up my new printer. Great Job!!

At the end of the printer installation, he gave us his card, with the offer to contact him directly, should any problem arise. Our thanks for Juan for exceeding our expectations! I previously submitted my report on the purchase of the HP Envy Inspire 7900e Series Printer. Today I purchased 3 each HP 64 Ink for the printer. Michael assisted me in picking out the correct ink and I highly commend him for his assistance. He is a credit to Best Buy.

The agent set up a wireless printer in my home. My husband and I are older and not very tech savvy. The agent was very professional. He followed COVID protocol. He involved me in the set up including letting me snap the ink cartridges in place so I would be familiar with the procedure. He made sure I knew how to operate the printer before he left. He was friendly and polite. Well worth not having the hassle of trying to figure it out ourselves or asking our children to help!

Alex did great job and handled my setup and troubleshooting. But when you attempt to contact anyone after the service is a inconvenient and almost impossible task "nightmare"..!! Never able to contact anyone 'locally' and when given a local number and leave a message NO ONE ever calls back..!!!..??
