Geek Squad did absolutely nothing to help me!!!

I also had a agent show up the following week for help with my laptop setup and again did absolutely nothing for me. I couldnt believe it, so makes me wonder what the geek squad actually does and whats the point of having them?

Geek Squad worked on sound system and printer

Terrible Service from Geek Squad/Total Tech

I bought this printer last month, and it still doesn't work as it should, according to the store manager that sold it to me. I've had to get service from techs at two stores and it still doesn't work. I want to return the thing, and now I'm getting the message that my workorder is completed on a printer that never worked. Also, apparently I'm past the time to return it.

Geek Squad to fix computer printer

My appointment was almost 3 weeks to wait because you're so busy, so I started messing with it week one & I fixed it. I immediately called & cancelled my appointment. Well, you're company is so disorganized I was getting almost daily emails confirming my appointment. I called two more times to explain that I had cancelled that, but the emails kept coming. And sure enough on the day of the original appointment, I got the phone call that they were on their way. Extremely disorganized!

My wireless printer is not working

Dissatisfied With The Geek Squad Printer Installer

I don't know how it works or how to scan. I would not recommend tge Geek Squad printer installer for this reason. I would really like someone else to come out and actually spend some time with me. I am VERY dissatisfied with Geek Squad.

Geek attempt to fix my Microsoft issues and printi

Installed printer

Big disappointment.

He was supposed to advise on security cameras but instead i got a guy who came to measure for kitchen appliances. He said he'd let them know about the mixup and they'd reschedule but that hasn't happened either. Also the printer doesn't work. Total bust and so far a complete waste of money.

Were more interested in upselling than completing requested work scope. After canceling the work order several times, Geek Squad continued to press for additional sales, with clearly no understanding of the issues involved, This communication is a classic example of the "if your email has an issue, just drop us an email and we'll be glad to help" syndrome

Link to printer still not fixed.

Agent worked on the problem and said that printer is wifi capable and we were using a cable. Things were working fine when he left but about two weeks later the problem came back. We need to come back to Best Buy and see where we need to go from here.

Store said 1/2 to 1 day, order shows simple repair

He had to leave for another appt. total time 1 +45. NW Best Buy (nw bb) said 1/2 to 1 day for total setup. This was not a simple repair as shown on work order. He said he would call me after 3 pm with his phone number and he would personally reschedule with him. No contact on Fri, Sat, Sun or Mon.

I had told them I needed it before a specific date due to my leaving town for several weeks. They scheduled a date when I was going to be gone. I set up the printer myself. I did not want to take my time to do this while I was trying to get ready to leave, especially while I am paying for their services.

CLOSE DOOR at his meanness

I told him the problem at the computer, he strongly gruffed. I felt beyond uncomfortable at him even being here. He did not fix all of why I called him there. It was a relief when he walked out the door. I have had other agents servicing my computers at my home and they have all been great. NOT HIM!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel like canceling service with best but from his horrible utter behavior.

No printing from PC

I have tried twice to get assistance from Geeks on linebut twice was disconnected..guess I wasn't fast enough with responses. Best Buy should allow for senior slow responses because we obviously need assistance and are willing to pay for the service. I would appreciate an additional appointment to fix the problem soonest.

after setup, my printer will not work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my printer was set up for my laptop and tested. it worked when we printed a screen shot from the laptop but when i went to use it for the first time on Feb 2, to print my boarding pass from jetblue, it would not work. i called the Geek Squad and could not talk to a live person. i finally had an appointment set up and was told if its past 30 days i will be charged again. i feel that is totally unacceptable since the very first time i went to use the printer it would not work.
