    Terrible Service from Geek Squad/Total Tech

    Best Buy Total Tech service is the worst service I have ever received. I bought this printer last month, and it still doesn't work as it should, according to the store manager that sold it to me. I've had to get service from techs at two stores and it still doesn't work. I want to return the thing, and now I'm getting the message that my workorder is completed on a printer that never worked. Also, apparently I'm past the time to return it.

    Geek Squad was not able to properly set up Easy Replenish on 10/18. Today is 10/27 & it is still not enrolled because of an error message in my account. Between Best Buy & Brother, a successful solution has not been found to get this error message to go away. One of the selling points of this printer was Easy Replenish, but I may have to just get my ink from Amazon & forget about Easy Replenish! Here is the message I am receiving in my account, under Easy Replenish: Action Needed: To get your Easy Replenish enrollment going, you need to enter your printer’s serial number on Brother’s website.

      We're sorry we haven't been able to get Easy Replenish working for you. Your best bet may be to return and re-buy that printer. Sometimes that is needed to get enrolled in the program, especially if an Agent could not get it working.

    You sent the wrong guy. He was supposed to advise on security cameras but instead i got a guy who came to measure for kitchen appliances. He said he'd let them know about the mixup and they'd reschedule but that hasn't happened either. Also the printer doesn't work. Total bust and so far a complete waste of money.

    My wireless printer is not working

    Wireless printer only worked for one week. Went into Best Buy to arrange expended Geek Sqad service and never got a call back to set up new service. Very dissapointed

    Geek Squad to fix computer printer

    I cancelled the appointment because I fixed the printer myself. My appointment was almost 3 weeks to wait because you're so busy, so I started messing with it week one & I fixed it. I immediately called & cancelled my appointment. Well, you're company is so disorganized I was getting almost daily emails confirming my appointment. I called two more times to explain that I had cancelled that, but the emails kept coming. And sure enough on the day of the original appointment, I got the phone call that they were on their way. Extremely disorganized!

    Could not provide a Tech to do the physical work (setup programming). Were more interested in upselling than completing requested work scope. After canceling the work order several times, Geek Squad continued to press for additional sales, with clearly no understanding of the issues involved, This communication is a classic example of the "if your email has an issue, just drop us an email and we'll be glad to help" syndrome

    Link to printer still not fixed.

    Problem with link between our laptop and our printer. Agent worked on the problem and said that printer is wifi capable and we were using a cable. Things were working fine when he left but about two weeks later the problem came back. We need to come back to Best Buy and see where we need to go from here.

    Geek attempt to fix my Microsoft issues and printi

    The work by Geek is still not complete all my data is lost and the Microsoft issues appear to be resolved. However the Can on printing is still not operational after 2 months.

    In the store I made an appointment. At home they called for another day for the appointment. I had told them I needed it before a specific date due to my leaving town for several weeks. They scheduled a date when I was going to be gone. I set up the printer myself. I did not want to take my time to do this while I was trying to get ready to leave, especially while I am paying for their services.

    Store said 1/2 to 1 day, order shows simple repair

    Geed squad showed 1 1/2 hour late (1030) (Fri) and couldn't setup office, outlook in particular and said so. He had to leave for another appt. total time 1 +45. NW Best Buy (nw bb) said 1/2 to 1 day for total setup. This was not a simple repair as shown on work order. He said he would call me after 3 pm with his phone number and he would personally reschedule with him. No contact on Fri, Sat, Sun or Mon.

    Did not / could not make printer work with iPhones & pad. I had my “security service” guy take a look at it and he had everything working in 15 minutes. Very disappointed with your tech.

    agent connected my new HP deskJet 4155E and tested it. However, I am not able tp print from PC. I have tried twice to get assistance from Geeks on linebut twice was disconnected..guess I wasn't fast enough with responses. Best Buy should allow for senior slow responses because we obviously need assistance and are willing to pay for the service. I would appreciate an additional appointment to fix the problem soonest.

    The agent that came for appointment was RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!beyond imaginable. I told him the problem at the computer, he strongly gruffed. I felt beyond uncomfortable at him even being here. He did not fix all of why I called him there. It was a relief when he walked out the door. I have had other agents servicing my computers at my home and they have all been great. NOT HIM!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel like canceling service with best but from his horrible utter behavior.

    My new printer refuses to work - it is less than 3 weeks old. Installing technician was in and out of my house in about 15 minutes. If he had been less rushed perhaps the printer would be working. (and this is the replacement printer as the printer I bought at BB in January also stopped working and was returned to store) WHAT IS WRONG??????

    The agent DID NOT educate me . My printer is not printing and I do not have any idea why, nor can I figure out how to rectify the problem. Much of the time he was here setting up, his girlfriend was continually sending him tex messages which he would respond to. When I would ask questions or clarifications he would ignore me as if I was not even present. I was sitting next to him.
