    Two technicians were not able to repair the printer. Poor service. Please refund the fee that I was billed for this service visit.

    when trying to print it keeps flashing yellow lights He sold me a service for over a hundred a year and i dont know what it is for i would like to cancel the service but have no clue what i bought nor how to cancel thank you

    This Epson Printer is Junk, it quit printing. It printed one page then it quit .

    my printer was set up for my laptop and tested. it worked when we printed a screen shot from the laptop but when i went to use it for the first time on Feb 2, to print my boarding pass from jetblue, it would not work. i called the Geek Squad and could not talk to a live person. i finally had an appointment set up and was told if its past 30 days i will be charged again. i feel that is totally unacceptable since the very first time i went to use the printer it would not work.

    Although my technician was good, he needed to come back to finish upgrades. Your phone prompt system is so awful I may never purchase anything from Best Buy that requires an install.

    TR 8620 Big problem knowing where to slide in the paper for printing. If I put it in the front of the machine, the paper crumples and I have to pull it out. If I put the paper in the rear of the printer, as a Best Buy manager suggested, a picture on my computer tells me it should go in the front...where it crumples paper. So far I have not been able to print anything! I need someone

    The Geek Squad installed the printer. It printed for them. When I tried to print, the printer failed to print. All I had to do was hit the print icon. It would not print. I have not found a printer that would print. HELP!!!!

    Ended up having to replace the HP Laser Jet Pro printer twice, Each time the refurbished one did not work at all. Geek Squad could not set it up because of problems. I chose HP because I had many years of good products. No longer true. Check around based on current ratings of printers as most of them are considered throw-aways after 1 year. Be sure to get Best Buy's 2 year warranty and use Geek Squad for installation. It is well worth it.

    I was told that geek squad would be at my house for 1hr to 1 1/2 hrs. after paying for a home appointment! One person stayed in van, the other, believe his name was Jason, was in & out in less than 20 minutes! Back where I started, where to go from here??

    I cannot provide a satisfactory review until my printer is working. Our computers are not communicating with the printer and our purchase is unusable. PLEASE help so that we can provide a favorable feedback of your services

    geek squad can make it work I cannot. I needed a idiot proof printer, too complicated to set up and use. Saving lots on ink!

    After Geek Squad agents could not get the printer drivers installed remotely, i was told that I would need to take my laptop in to the store. How they were going to connect the laptop to my printer from across town, I don't know. In fact, that is what I was told at the store, and an appointment was made for me for August 12 for a Geek to come to my house to address the problem. Since then a Microsoft update to my computer has restored my printing ability.

    Horrible in home computer and printer set up

    The first Geek Squad representative assigned to set up a newly purchased HP All in One and a Canon laser printer was beyond disappointing. As a result of significant errors caused by this rep, I had to return my All in One desktop to the store and it took about 2 months for me to have it repaired. Once these issues were brought to the attention of the Geek Squad manager, she took a leadership role and made sure this computer was repaired and I appreciate her actions.

    The set-up person was on time and respectful. But he did not go through the scan process nor tried the double sided printing to ensure it was working correctly from my computer.

    GEEK SQUAD RESET WIRELESS PRINTER

    Austin is very nice. The problem is the manager of your store recommended this wireless printer and it won't print. Several times your GEEK Squad comes out and resets the printer. While they are here, they can get it to work. Once they leave, I can't print anything. FRUSTRATED!!!!

    Technician linked 2 new laptops to new printer. Did not like his manner, rude and quoted a different price from the one given at geek squad.

    Geek help incomplete. Printer OfficeJet Pro 8025

    My printer could not operate for over a week telling me my Windows 10 was "too" advanced, had to go to Geeks. I thought it was correctly fixed, but this week I found out he did not install my drivers to operate all functions. I can not 'scan' a document and again tells me it can not use Windows 10 and I need a different browser. Geek has to finish installing my drivers. HELP! don't charge me again! Answer me! I may need a new printer model.

      Hi Chuck. Thanks for reaching out to us for this. I'm sorry for the back and forth you've had to go through in resolving this. You might be absolutely right that you need a new printer. We see it all the time where a printer, that maybe is 5 years old, has an issue with fully working through Windows 10. If it's 5 years or older right now, I'd recommend purchasing a new one.     Really poor service- go elsewhere

    A series of problems from the get-go. As an overall comment, you can't call local Geek Squad as you would reasonably believe- always transferred to some faraway office, and forced to hold for long periods- both when calling in AND again when transferred to "specialist". And can't go to Best Buy on-line PC isn't functional yet, as install was not done correctly.
