Geek Squad had problems connecting my printer.

Really poor service- go elsewhere

As an overall comment, you can't call local Geek Squad as you would reasonably believe- always transferred to some faraway office, and forced to hold for long periods- both when calling in AND again when transferred to "specialist". And can't go to Best Buy on-line PC isn't functional yet, as install was not done correctly.

No service from Geek Squad

First, they did not have it in stock. Next they canceled. My appointment. Today they did not come, so I called. They lost the order. I paid for the printer and set up but Must now wait until March 1. TWO MONTHS. Still not installed. Terrible lack of service.

GEEK SQUAD RESET WIRELESS PRINTER

The problem is the manager of your store recommended this wireless printer and it won't print. Several times your GEEK Squad comes out and resets the printer. While they are here, they can get it to work. Once they leave, I can't print anything. FRUSTRATED!!!!

Geek Squad v printer

I called today to the Geek Squad and the person I spoke to was rude and not helpful at all. I broke my ankle three days ago and now I have to physically go into the Hbg, PA store to reschedule. I was not home when the rep came. My husband was here and when the tech left my husband was told the printer was working fine.

Disabled and Disappointed

AND. . . you do not offer any recourse, so I just kept being placed at the end of the line. . . over (no show) and over(no show0 and over(no show.) I had no other choice, since I am a disabled, homebound senior. WHY SHOULD I SUFFER BECAUSE YOU MADE MISTAKES?????????

Not installed at all.

Had Rep come to my home and ordered and paid for delivery and set up of 5 items, on the same day. Only Ring Doorbell was installed, and that by third party. lt seems the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Now scheduled for almost 4 more weeks out. Go figure...had to give one star to post.

no show service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.after 2 no show appts on nov 18 and 23 we were forced to make a trip to your store (since you no longer nave phone service). we discussed the situation with a geek squad member telling him how unhappy we were with the service. he said he would have the managercall us. that was nov 30. it is now dec 4. still no call. we will return to the store on dec7 to cancel my order. this my last purchase from best buy'

Bad, bad, set up on printer. Still not connected!

He came, here less than 30 minutes, did not hook up right. Over a week, still no printer use. Have to wait til Aprilfor hook up. $200 bucks, still have no use of printer. Am I happy. no, no and NO!

Reinstalled Printer

Unfortunately, he did not do the job well. Two days later, I had to call your support line to fix the printer AGAIN. They said something about the "drivers". They fixed it. See CAS-14153178-M5D8C9

Geek Squad Customer Service Needs Improvement

Technician couldn't set up printer's scan functio.

I need a technician to come back out and repair this problem asap! I paid $80 for this service and he could not set it up properly. Disgusting.

Very disappointing

Then the agent came back to fix it and then it quit working after they left. Now I am waiting for 3 weeks for them to come back and repair it again and hope it continues to work. What happens if they cannot fix it? Very dissatisfied and disappointing.

Lemon Squad wastes time and money and productivity

Costly waste of time — I still do not have a printer that works and I sure do have a lot of lip service about my dedicated team ready to help, That is both laughable and an insult to my — or any customer’s — intelligence

They, and I, finally gave up. They had no idea what I was saying, nor any idea of how to remedy the situaition I feel cheated by both B rother [who I finally learned doesn't supply printed guides anymore] and Geek Squad whom I've paid for a subscription.

Geek Squad needs more knowledgeable people

He looked at the printer and told me that I needed a new one and then he was supposed to come back on Tuesday with the new computer and he never showed up. I had to go buy a new one and wait for someone else to come set that one up. So not impressed.

Brother Printer operation
