    We still have the same printer issue, i.e. commands to the printer are backed up in a queue, and nothing is getting printed. The tech fixed the problem when she was here, but something else is going on.

    the agent set up my Canon PIXMA Printer/Copier...trouble is, I can't print with it! I never got a user manual...when I go to print, NOTHING HAPPENS!!!

    My experience with the geek squad agent Mr. Lima was the worse. He lied , ignored , rushed, and tried to push a sale. I was very upset when I left there. he rushed me out so he could meet with a male customer. This was after I waited 30min after my scheduled appointment. He has no social skills for a retail setting.

    The Agents did not complete job completely.

    It was very hard to cancel this service. The local store did not answer any time I tried to call. I was not able to cancel on line as it said my service was not set up yet. I ended up doing the online chat to cancel. I was able to cancel this service as my son fixed the problem that the geek squad person I spoke to on the phone for over an hour was not able to fix.

    2 weeks still not working. Also not marred with my computer. Geeks did something and it's slower than ever. Geeks we're saposta ta setup printer <not > took it to another computer shop

    No installation. Could not get through on phone. Still without printer. Very disappointed. Need the printer to print out form for vaccine. So many other things waiting, Best Buy used to be so reliable. So disgusted. If i don't hear from you, I'll have to bring the new printer that I picked up last Saturday, back. Please give me a call.

    I have had nothing but problems with this printer. I can’t print from my laptop or my phot. This has gone on for months. This printer is a “0”!!!!!

    Not even one star. If I didn’t call to make sure someone was coming between noon and 8pm on the day of my appointment I would have been waiting for 8 hours. I found out when I called that the tech tested positive for Covid, but no one bothered to call me. We will never do business with Best Buy again.

    No one showed up for the appointment, when I called about it, they said they were booked out for the next 2 months!! I made the appointment the day I bought the printer in store, for 3 weeks from that day, as I would be on graveyard shift. So I’m very disappointed in geek squad and I was not reimbursed for my $50.

    The Lafayette BestBuy does not offer Geek squad service to Eunice which is ridiculous. When I purchased the service they fail to mention that until I needed it.

    Printer STILL DOESN’T WORK!

    Agent was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, but the printer doesn’t work. I have had this problem since I bought the new computer and printer in January. I have contacted Geek Squad many, many, many times. The results are always the same: printer works once or twice, then displays an “Printer Offline” message. I am disappointed and confused.

    The printer itself is very cheaply made. The ink is hard to find and does not last long. I have not been able to use the scanner and the printer is not very user friendly. If I could give it no stars I would. The bad part is it was recommended to me by th in home specialist

    Had to get off work early so I be home when you guys are supposed to show up from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nobody showed up no phone call no email I had to call you guys to see what was up and they said all the technicians were out sick I had to go elsewhere to get my printer fixed the problem is fixed now no thanks to you guys 0 Stars

    Customer that moved out of state and I set this appt up for them. Customer said they would never allow geek squad in there house again. I talked to the person who showed up and it was amazing as a computer tech he complained about having to set up a computer. More excuse’s than results.
