Incorrect choice

Geek Squad does not have enough techs to service customers in a reasonable time frame, especially if the customer (ME) has purchased home service protection.

Missed appointments.. no call back

Missed appointment.. no call. 4 calls to reschedule or get it resolved.. ended in no promised call back. I need to talk to management, but that is virtually impossible.. had great service for years and this insane situation

Poor service

My granddaughter who has not been trained in this type of work did what the service man was supposed and connected the two and my daughter has printed a number of thins already. I will never sign up for this service again.

Printer still not working, even after diagnostics.

No Show

Can't remember

Laptop was in for service earlier, whomever cleaned up virus deleted needed info (including factory Info). Not pleased with service. I now have to purchase new printer. I am NOT pleased with service.

HORRIBLE experience Absolutely mess up my computer

Geek Squad couldn't install new printer

When the geek squad came out to install, he could not find the driver on-line so he suggested we buy a new printer. Both the new printer and the service were useless.
