It printed 2 or 3 times then said to change the ink cartridges. I did that. put them in the correct order, pushed them down and now it won't print at all. I'm ready to bring it back.

Very poor customer service. Geek Squad rep. never showed up at our address for the scheduled appointment and we were not contacted at all to get an explanation why the rep. did not show.

They keep canceling and I have to re schedule. I'd like to reschedule. They won't do the new T V and printer at the same time so I guess I get to wait another year to watch the new T V, and who knows how long for the printer.

No one showed up and the reschedule wasn't made about 3pm after no one showed up. I communicated with the Geek Squad via chat the night before and everything was confirmed but still no one showed up or called.

After making several appointments to have my printer set up, agents cancelled and rescheduled each appointment. No one ever came and set it up. I did it on my own

printer is still not working. I had an appointment w/follow up and he cancelled at the last minute. It has been rescheduled for 2 weeks later so I haven’t had the printer for all this time. I have many important things waiting on this job.

Three hours of remote used. Brother laser printer still not working. But I could not have tested it anyhow. Had to go to bed. Fortunately I had an older computer still on Windows 10 that could print critical tax stuff the next day.

printer worked for only one week -- has not worked since September 11

Your company set up three appointments, showed for zero as they didn't know that the one and only in home installer was out sick through the 17th

The tech was friendly and polite.. Nice guy.. However.. Printer Could not be made to work.. So I'm still using my old printer and i still have to go to office Depot every day to scan things in.. Not the guys fault I guess...

Total Tech is not what is promised. Even the person who was going to look into my last complaint never called back, as promised.

The printer stopped working completely and I had to buy a new one. The Geek squad has not yet arrived to set up the new printer and a new computer. I do have faith someone will show up and get both items working.

The agent came over to address printer connectivity issues. Agent was nice but did not resolve. We had to hire another party and they ended up resolving issue. Will likely not use Geek Squad again due to spending $50 and then not getting results.

I was cursed at in my house and services stopped by a rep bc i was unaware of new policy after being with geek squad over 6yrs

What a joke this was - over a month to come out to set up my printer. Just did it myself. Took longer I'm sure but my old printer was dead. Pay money every year for this lousy service.

Asked for J, They said j would come. and they sent 2 differant People that didnt know the previous circumstances. We were confident that j knew what he was doing. So now it still isnt resolved.

the agent setup a printer and tried to troubleshoot access of the printer to the wireless Internet. It worked for a day, but the connection problem came back in a day. we have not been able to use this printer since.

The agent installed my printer. However, while she claimed that the second laptop was connected it is not. Also having trouble with the laptop directly connected. Perhaps she should less time on her phone texting friends.

The service was excellent. However, I have been trying to get ANY response from the local GS regarding a project they agreed to work on. I have NEVER been treated so badly.
