Well being the fact that I still can't use my Apple Computer with my Printer, after Jacob came and set it all up. I have tried to call him back, left a message and have not heard back from anyone.

The technician did not show up and it was the second no show!!! I had to pay a private technician to do the job it was expensive and I would like my money back $49.99 i had to pay for an installation that never happened !!!

Because u have to jump through hoops just to get n appointment for someone to come out n set up ur television n that is unacceptable.They need to do a better job in scheduling home visits because it sucks.Not

I had to install myself. Total tech did reach out, however told him I received email that printer was delayed. Total tech never made contact after printer was delivered.

Bought my computer from Best Buy and no one could get my computer to print in color when any thing is sent. There is something wrong with the program. It prints in color off the Internet.

The tech did not show up on the day of the appointment. I still cannot scan an document & sent it to my e-mail address on the computer. Tried two different printers & two different e-mail addresses & nothing work.

They never called and set-up the printer. I was able to do myself, but disappointed that no one did what the salesman said would happen.

If this is for the order on In Home services they did not show up. No show no communication whatsoever. Jan Schroeder

I am tired of getting the printer up and running. Please refer to your records to see what has gone wrong. Terrible service! VERY UNHAPPY.

Not good! I am not going to give you any stars until you get your insurance company to settle my claim for your delivery people destroying my front door!

Nice guy but pri ter still does not work. Everything worked well untill Eos s u tem installed by Geek Squad. Printer no longer recognizes the network or our computers.

Cancelled appt 2 hours before scheduled time and took 3 weeks to get the appointment - automated call to re-schedule - could not understand the message

It seems that whether it's in person, or over the phone, Geek Squad strikes out. Problem NOT fixed. No accountability to follow up and stick to it until the issue is resolved. Terrible disappointment.

The Geek squad member informed me that the do not do repaires. Like installing a new printer head. So my printer is still not working

geek worked very hard to get the printer working (two diff ones) coming again with a third. lets hope.!!!!

It worked twice so he did not fix it Seems like when you fix something it should stay fixed

Agent arrived relatively on time. That was the good. Unfortunately, he did not fix my fax machine and he changed some connections but didn't change them back. I would definitely not use their service again.

Got printer to work but now it wont scan. I am not paying for another in home service call. I pay $199. a year for complete home tech !

I have tried to cancel the appointment several times. I set the printer up myself and I want this appointment to be cancelled.

For the SECOND time, it printed once while the associate was here. Wont print after. Now I have to call for a THIRD appt. Very UNSATISFIED!!!
