The tech came out 70 miles to set up a printer that would cooperate! It was not an easy install. Not due to the tech but the remote area not wanting to pick up signal etc. He figured out to a different computer and internet we have at the ranch. Long story shot he did an amazing job!

THe Geek Squad Person notified me when he was coming and he showed up on time. He had everything set up and clearly explained everything to me in 15 minutes. now I can finally print from my iphone!!! And of course from my new Intel powered HP Desktop PC. ( Which is fabulous!! )

The Geek Squad guy knew exactly how to set the printer up and carefully showed me how to properly use the printer. He was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing. He showed me how to order the printer ink through Best Buy site too, so I did that.

Originally had Geek Squad install and set up printer. Power outage knocked printer off line. Geek Squad came back out and reconnected Wi-Fi to printer. I asked tech about setting up a hard line to printer so it wouldn’t happen again. He had the part needed in his vehicle and completed task. Very happy with service. (I’m not a computer guy).

When the geek squad technician came out to help me with my issues, he was very polite, made me feel at ease and what I really liked was that he tuned in to me and really listened to me. He addresses my issues and explained as he went along and when he was finished, he offered me suggestions and explained his reasons in easy language that I understood and I followed through with his suggestions and I am very happy with being associated with the geek squad team! He showed caring and treated me with respect and I am very happy!

first geek visit could not set up printer due to lack of wireless cord need that didn't come with printer. had to reschedule too k another wait of several days for appt. your telephone service is obnoxious and the wait time deplorable...plus the music unbearable . had to come back to the store to set up second appt for install,,,second visit from Cason in geek squad was very good. He was pleasant and efficient in his work. would welcome him for any future installs or repairs. I think it would give better service if a human telephone experience were available

On time, knowledgeable, and friendly. They worked on my issue to resolve it.

The agent was able to connect my new printer to my computer. He was great and was very conscientious. The next day I was concerned it wasn’t working then realized I didn’t have the new printer connected to my choice of printers. I called him when I couldn’t get it to work and he was willing to come back. I called him when the printer started to work so he wouldn’t have to return. He warned me that there were two printers on my choice and I remembered that.I think it is outstanding to be willing to make it right.

The agent made the exchange of my printers so easy. He took the first printer I bought back to the store, and brought me the new one which he set up and installed for me. He did this on a particularly busy day and a rainy one as well. He did this so that I could get the sale price on the new printer. Excellent and wonderful service!!!

Agent (Chris, I believe his name was,but you can check) installed printer with efficiency and explained how it worked, answering all questions with knowledge, and, most important, patience. Excellent service.

The service tech was professional and friendly. Diagnosed the problem as old printer not working with Windows 11. Could not be fixed.

The store did NOT tell us that this item needed another item to hook it up, So when we got home we could NOT hook up our handicapped son's DVD for him. We had to call for service and that's when we were told that (we weren't stupid like we thought) it needed another cable to hook it up, we had to pay for it then (thank goodness the men had one left in their truck) so our son could enjoy his DVD then. We should have been told about this.

I was fortunate enough to have Ben be my agent in trying to get a problematic printer to work. He stuck with it and go the job done. He is a true professional who knows his craft well. And, he is a pleasure to work with.
