Got printer to work but now it wont scan. I am not paying for another in home service call. I pay $199. a year for complete home tech !

For the SECOND time, it printed once while the associate was here. Wont print after. Now I have to call for a THIRD appt. Very UNSATISFIED!!!

geek worked very hard to get the printer working (two diff ones) coming again with a third. lets hope.!!!!

I have tried to cancel the appointment several times. I set the printer up myself and I want this appointment to be cancelled.

The HP printer was quite limited of which I was not aware of. It does not stop at the initial number wanted. It just goes on and on. I have to turn it off. Or do I not know how to work it?

It worked twice so he did not fix it Seems like when you fix something it should stay fixed

Their schedule was timed between noon and 8 p.m. I waited in my home from noon until 5 p.m., when a phone call came in re- scheduling the appointment for 1 week. I cancelled that appointment.

He called and told me that he could tell me on the phone how to do it, I tried but that is why I needed him to come and take care of it.

Our service was great in December. The geek squad guy said he wasn’t going to charge us as he only pressed 1 button. So we were quite surprised to receive a charge 4 months later.

Always wait, wait and wait for a human being who can help! Eventually get a person who and have to phone again

Set up myself- very simple, just follow the instructions. Geek Squad never showed up. No show, no call

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied!! GEEK SQUAD IS A FAILURE IN MY OPINION. WILL NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY AGAIN BECAUSE OF HOW THEY COMPLETELY DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB.

Very disappointed that they could not accommodate my schedule. Waited 3 weeks for appt. They had to cancel now have to wait another 3 weeks.

Printer was set up but doesnt work after agent left. Why did i pay $200 for a plan . What good is a printer that wont print ???

I am very unhappy call because I was having trouble with the new printer and it will be 19 days before they will come and check it

They could not get my printer working Was very disappointed… bought the printer from Best Buy used it maybe 4 times and doesn’t work

not good! Remote techs screwed it up and we ended up going to store geek squad to repair my computor and order a new and different printer

if this is first printer I bought, it was a bad choice.

Two of my wife’s computers had problems. The Geek guy actually made them worse. Our ISP guy fixed them later. Soon, we’ll terminate our contract.

The tech that came out has it where i have to email anything i want to print. Very frustrating!!!
