      It's never a good experience when a defective product prevents a service from being completed. If we let you know that a replacement is needed, that's your best course of action. I hope that your replacement works correctly and we're able to get it installed for you.

    My computer was in worse shape after the technician left. Plus, it cost me an extra $50.

    Geek Squad set my printer up quickly and right.

    the agent who came out set up my printer and got it going while i could see how to do it. he introduced me to AI and how to ask it questions to help me out with any printer issues i might have. he was very knowledgeable about the setup of the printer and how to get it working with my Hallmark Card Program in my computer. i was very grateful for all the help and guidance he provided while he was here.

    Geek Squad installed all our stuff

    I would not take anything for our Fantastic Geek Squad Team. They come thru for us every time we call on them. We are seniors and don't have a clue about all this technology out there. People tell us to call our grandkids.....they are grown and live all over. Don't need them when we have Geek Squad agents that are always there when we need help.

    Printer connected internet/computer SUCCESS!

    The customer service rep connected my printer to my pc, I was reminded the night before with a courtesy call and estimated time of his arrival. The next day, I received an even more specific arrival time and he arrived within 10 minutes of the estimate. He quickly did the service. He explained, answered questions, and was professional.

    Extraordinarly Fantastic Geek Squad

    I bought a new HP printer. I have been buying HP printers for many years and have never had a bad one and I have been buying them from Best Buy. The Agents that set up my new printer were extraordinarily fabulous. They made sure the scanner was working properly and explained how the printer worked. They were professional, knowledgeable and were on time. I am a fan of the GeekSquad and have been for decades. I highly recommend the Agents of the GeekSquad for tech support.

    Geek Squad to the rescue

    I was having a problem with my printer working. It kept saying I had no internet service when indeed I had internet service. It took about a half hour for the technician to find the problem and he was able to fix it! It works great now!

    This person who he came to my house and fixing my printer problem and set up. He doing great job and explained how to use and i asking questions some few things on my computer. He also fix it that dont need this i am happy with his jib and his profession experience. He is great.

    Superior Service

    The agent set up my new printer and was very helpful and personable. When that first printer turned out to be totally defective, he came again about a month later and installed a replacement printer. So far this one seems to be working fine, and the agent gave me some helpful tips about keeping the printer running in good shape. Very satisfied!

    Geek Squad installed my printer.

    I was unable to connect my new printer to my laptop. Its tax time and I needed copies made. I called Best Buy for the Geek Squad and made an appointment. Tom and Ronin showed up on time and set up my laptop quickly. They were extremely helpful and so nice. I would strongly suggest using the Geek Squad for help.

    I LOVE BEST BUY PRODUCTS; AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD!!! JARED FROM THE GEEK SQUAD CAME OVER AND INSTALLED MY NEW PRINTER AND IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY!!! THANK YOU JARED!!
