    The agents connected my new printer and explanned how the printer and scanner worked. Great service and quickly done. I even was given a contact number in case I had trouble in the next thirty days. I'm very pleased with the service.

    Very pleased to say the Geek Squad had our new printer installed in a jiffy. The technician offered suggestions and tips to improve our internet and even new computer possibilities. Very helpful, knowledgable and nice!

    I use Best Buy for many things. This time I had called the Best Buy Van people. They discovered my issue, explained who we needed to call because they did not have with them what needed to be done.

    Excellent tech, quickly installed printer and all necessary files. Ran diagnostic to ensure working. Geek squad is hands down best!!! Been using them for over 15 yrs.

    I think i already reviewed this item. Unfortunately the guys tried everything but a glitch in the laptop would not allow it to send info to printer. I had deleted the drivers and they were not available due to laptop and printer age.

    It is a good printer and I plan to have it for a long time. ,HP printers are terrific. The installer knew his stuff and installation can be a complicated task. He needed the code in order to install the printer and I found it in my computer file. I may need that code if I move.
