The Geek Squad computer and printer setup service was an absolute lifesaver. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and refreshingly stress-free. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained each step, and handled everything—from setting up the computer and connecting it securely to Wi-Fi, to installing and configuring the printer so it worked perfectly across devices.

My Agent was wonderful!! He solved my computer/printer issue, so I couod immediately return to my online project. But , moving forward, he also gave some guidelines regarding my device, usage, care, etc.

The gentleman was very pleasant and answered all the questions I asked. It seems that I could have used a tutorial on the product, however. He took time to clear out the mistakes I had made in trying to install the computer as well. He was very thorough and open to questions and seems to know his stuff.

The second printer that I bought is excellent. This HP is working well. This first Canon printer was problematic. It took 3 visits to get the right printer and the right set up. The team figured out the problem and after 3 visits finally fixed the problem.

Reinstalled HP Printer to fix printing problem. Advised I return it if problem persists. It only worked for two days. In process of trying to resolve with HP. Very discouraging experience with printer and HP. Not able to return it to BEST BUY because it is more than 10 days since purchase.
