Great service setting up all my Best Buy products...TVs and printer. They also did a great job eith transferring all my stiff to my new phone and explaining things to me.

My Geek Squad technician, Kevin, was absolutely Awesome! I am NOT techy at all, but he was able to explain the set up simply so that understood it and easily fixed my printer usage issue. I very much appreciated that he came out in the snow to help me, that’s dedication to one’s job!

Tony, Geek Squad tech, is a great positive individual. This is the 3rd time he has installed equipment at our home and everytime was a good experience!
