I bought an All in One Computer. My current printer was hooked up to the new computer.

I was lucky to get an absolutely superb GEEK SQUAD tech to install a new Multicolor Xerox printer/copier/printer/fax. The software was the biggest challenge. Not so great was dealing with the Best Buy call center operation. I thought I was calling my local Best Buy but wound up being connected with agents throughout Central and the Northern part of South America. Finally an agent in Panama managed to get the right tech to me. I did NOT need that kind of craziness. BEST BUY, bring your call centers back to the USA with competent Americans (if you can hire them) on the other end of the phone.

yoaur agent installed my new laptop and printer...transferring all my data from the old computer to this new one. MOST SIGNIFICANTLY...he understaood that a 92 year old would havedifficulty maniputlating the plate on the computer, so he left my old keyboard and mouse...which was the absolute best decision for my comfort and ability to use the new laptop! WELL DONE!!!

RJ Gacutan was patient, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He set up my new printer, no matter how long it took. I appreciate the fact that after he performed the necessary setup, he told me that the printer was defected. The printer would not work or connect to my computer, even though it is wireless. RJ helped me put everything back in the box it came in and made it easier for me to return the printer. I appreciate his entire service.

The agent came to assist me with setting up my new HP printer. He was very professional and went over the steps I had taken to set it up myself and said it appears I did it correctly. After he turned the printer on and made sure my WI-FI was connecting, the printer was ready to go. He informed me sometimes HP printer require a “firmware” update before they will operate. If I had known of this it would have saved him from coming.

The agent arrived on time and was polite in taking his shoes off to prevent dirty my floor with his shoes. He came prepared to connect the printer/ copier. He was very polite and spoke English extremely well while connecting the printer and explaining some items that were in the box with the printer I did not need.

I bought the Geek Squad service to get my new computer set up. I was under the impression it would be easy to do. At first, I tried to do it in the store, but found out that I would have to leave my computers with them for a few days. Since I didn't want to do that, they said I could just call and they would set up my computer over the phone. When I tried to do that, they said they couldn't do that, but they would make an appointment for someone to come to my home and set it up. That was nice, but I had to wait another week to have my computer set up. The gentleman came on time and spent time setting up my computer and also answering a lot of questions I had. He said if I had additional questions, I could just email him. I emailed him on two occasions, but I didn't hear back from him on either time.

Kirk setup my printer in no time. He was efficient. He is the best! Best Buy is lucky to have him aboard!!!!!! He is highly technical! He knows the business at hand. He is highly recommended! He is a remarkable worker for Best Buy! He is the best!!!!!! Keep up the great work, Kirk!!!!! Jean L. Smith reporting.............

Ty, from Geek Squad did an outstanding job setting up my new Brother printer. He was on time, very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. When finished he asked me if I had any questions about the printer and then answered them and showed me how to use the different features.

Jared was very patient and helpful when we bought a new ASUS computer. We had not upgraded for many years and the new technology was difficult to navigate and learn. He met with us 4 times to transfer information from our old CPU to the new laptop. We asked multiple questions multiple times and he showed us how to use the new laptop. His help sold us on Best Best and Total Tech. We will be doing business for years to come. Thank you Jared!

The geek person was professional and on time. He showed us other app we could use for what we wanted to do with our printer. He left his number in case we needed additional help, only he didn't answer when we called. Other then that he did a good job.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quantity of service given and the fact he took the time to also make i completely understood to the best of my understanding. He was extremely patient and kind assuring me he was only a phone call away if i had questions or concerns. Overall i was more than satisfied with the service and the service representative.

Brandon did an excellent job installing and showing us how to use the printer. He was also very friendly.

I have to say the Geek Squad cancelled this appointment twice, but once they came, the technician was on time and my set up was on point. He even pointed out some things wasn't aware of, and set those up too.. Overall, I was very pleased..

I needed help with a new laptop, printer and my chrome book. the agent presented professional expertise. First introducing himself and the man with...a trainee. He completed the work and showed me how it was functioning. Asked if I had any other concerns and then gave me his card to use if I needed additional help

Tech called ahead to let us know he would be here within the next 15 minutes. He arrived as promised and went right to work to install my new printer. As he worked he gave good information describing each action and its purpose. He also offered tips on problem solving. He was courteous, and very helpful.

Spectacular service! Everythiing was explained so that I could understand it. I got to put one of the inks in myself so I could see how it was done. David answered all my questions and the girl who came with him (her name begins with A) was awesome too! I have not been a Best Buy fan for many years, but now I am back and very happy with everyone and everything.

Geek squad set up my printer. He had to be especially knowledgeable because it was for an iPad. It was not a routine set up. The manual,was not at all useful. I thought i would be able to set it up, even though I set up others I was not able to do this one. He was extremely helpful.

I bought a truly excellent Canon printer - the Maxi FY GX1040. The design is extremely intelligent, especially for someone with a visual disability. The Geek Squad worker who insstalled it for me was thorough and extemely helpful about setting it up and going oer the instructions so that I could use it dimmediately.'

Michael was very knowledgeable and had my new printer synced with other wireless equiptment in a short time and gave me some suggestions on stopping my gaming computer's fans from constantly turning on and off while playing RDR2. Michael was very understanding at my lack of computer knowledge. I know he must be a great asset to BEST BUY'S Geek Squad.
