Geek Squad solved a couple issues for me: succesfully backing up "File History" on my laptop to external harddisk (a Sandisk Extreme SSD) and getting my HP printer up and running. Very responsive and friendly staff!

The Geek squad reps had to come out a 2nd time for my newly purchased printer from Best Buy. Each time they were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. For what they did for me, it's worth being a Total Member.

The Squad member was in a rush telling me he only had a limited time to work on my problems. I had a related issue that I needed him to look at that was related to the original need to purchase the new printer. I believed my old printer needed a plug that I had inserted correctly, and I was worried I would damage something, but he refused to look at it. I wasn't trying to waste his time, I was trying to get my issues resolved once and for all. But on the initial problem, I still had problems afterward, but it seems he helped make it easier for me to resolve them.
