I needed my printer to reconnect with my wifi he was fast and explained so that i understood the process.

The agent was easy to work with and was able to make my new printer (which had been completely non-functional for us) operational. After he left, we were still having sporatic difficulties with the printer, but he had left us with some trouble shooting tools, and we are doing pretty well with it now.

I use Best Buy for many things. This time I had called the Best Buy Van people. They discovered my issue, explained who we needed to call because they did not have with them what needed to be done.

My Geek Squad agent was just great! Took me through everything on my new printer and made it look easy.

I really liked the guy who came to my home to instal the printer. He knew what he was doing and was extremely nice. All the people at the Geek Squad are always wonderful.

My issue was getting my blue tooth printer to print from my laptop and to fix my scanner so that I could scan documents into the computer to send to other places. The Geek Squad guys did good:)
