Leandro of Geek Squad was fantastic. He kept in touch once the appointment was scheduled to make sure that I knew exactly what to expect. His expertise got my new printer connected to the internet and my computer. He made sure to answer all my questions.

Technician Joshua was outstanding. Called to let me know he would be early and then called to let me know when he was arriving. Expertly resolved the problem. And I have had no problems with computer or printer since then.

I had a problem setting up this printer in connecting to wi fi; had to hire one of your techs to do it and he had a difficult time as well. It's in the HP app. Your tech was great.

The service person who came to our house to set up a printer on a new laptop was marvelous. At first it didn't look like there would be a way to get the older printer to work on the new laptop, but he tried several different options, and it works absolutely terrific. He also gave us tips on how to get an older laptop to work again.

The Technician came to help me find a new driver for my existing printer (13 yrs old ) to sync with my new PC. He came on time and was very knowledgeable and had me up and running in short order. I was very satisfied.

Not knowing what it would cost to fix the issue, the Geek Squad member recommended a less expensive fix which really helped. He also gave additional feedback information on my system and advised I replace a older scanner which might help my system to operate better. Very pleased with the service

Geek Squad tech easily loaded the new printer software on my laptop & had it working smoothly. Later I realized I never asked him to address the scanning function.

The agent fixed my problem with my wireless printer after I changed my internet service. When the internet was set up by my internet provider, he plugged the wrong wire into the router. Geek Squad fixed the problem in minutes.

The agent took care of the basic printer problem and I was able to use my printer however I have just discovered that i can not print intuit checks on the printer. Need to get someone out here to help me with this problem. The agent was great and very pleasant.

Geek Squad determined that my printer could not be fixed by them. They DID help me make my computer "talk" to my husband's printer, however, so I'd have one to use until my new one was delivered. And they left a phone number I could call if I needed help setting up my new one (I didn't need help).

Although it took the Geek Squad 2 trips to set up my printer it was done with much ease after I went to Best Buy to Purchase a needed USB printer cable. The Geek was great to work wit as we have used him a number of times in the past and his knowledge is fantastic and his service is excellent.

He was very helpful in figuring out how to resize and print multiple pictures on one sheet of photo paper. Wish microsoft could come up wit another photo editing program as easy to use as their PICTURE IT program was.

After trying to set up my new printer (from Best Buy) and getting frustrated; I called support and they sent someone over in just a few days. He was so helpful, provided great service and helped me to better understand my new purchase. So happy with this service.
