printer had a defect and the geek said to trade it out for a new one but the lee summit was out of that model and found that about every one else had them so I I went to independence and got a replacement.

Jason was excellent. He knew exactly what to do and got it done & explained to me how it worked. He even asked if he could take the empty box and re-cycle. I'm very grateful to have him install my new printer, scanner.

The two Geek Squad members who came to troubleshoot my printer were patient, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them again.

Agent came to my home and examined my printer. Found it to be non repairable and went back to Best Buy store and brought back new laser printer. Prints super fast and I very happy with it and also the agent for his outstanding service

I couldn't get my computer and printer to communicate after doing a scheduled update. I followed all the instructions for both computer and printer. I finally gave in and called the Geek Squad. They came to my home and fixed the communication problem in less than 5 minutes.

Excellent!!! Mike was fantastic, very professional, so kind & very patient in explaining any questions i had. This new computer is much different then my very old computer i have had for many years. The "Geek Squad" is the GREATEST asset to Best Buy to help your customers get started & settled in with their new computer. Thank goodness for Geek Squad. I usually get my son to help me with setting up electronics but it hasn’t been home in awhile. I really needed my printer so the guy from geek squad did a great job. Showed me how to use it and also set it up as wireless. I was so excited. Just had them come again to set up a tv.

My AV receiver and Samsung TV settings got messed up and I was no longer getting the sound through the AV speakers but only through the tv speakers. So I requested another Geek Squad visit to reset the system and the technichian checked out the connections and the settings. He adjusted one of the speaker connection and went through the settings on the AV receiver and the Samsung TV which is connected to Dish network and got the system back in working order. He was very efficient and did a good job.

He arrived on time and set up my printer. He also got my laptop to communicate with the printer, which had never happened before. My only regret is that I was paying too much attention to my newfound laptop abilities, I didn't notice how to load the paper. This printer has an enclosed paper supply, and I'm afraid to open it. I'll have to get more Geek help when I run out of paper.

The Agent we had was wonderful, and we had him in the past. Make sure you keep him for those of us whi need someone who knows EXACTLY what he is doing, plus, have him train the new employees. HE US AMAZING!!!
