He was great throughout the whole setup. He put the computer together and set everything up that I asked him to do. Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I would use him again and recommend him.

It's a nice little printer, but not user friendly because the control panel doesn't let the user control anything. Not everybody uses a smart phone to copy, print, or scan from or to. Some still use the control panel. Worse, the owner's manual doesn't tell you anything.

The geek squad agent successfully connected my favorite 2008 photo printer to my new MacBook Pro. Due to age of the printer the two devices were not communicating with each other properly so the installation of the printer did not happen as usual.

The tech came in and quickly set up my printer so that it would print from my phone or lap top and set up my instant ink account etc.It was quick and easy and so worth me not taking much longer to do it! So worth having total tech!
