It is a good printer and I plan to have it for a long time. ,HP printers are terrific. The installer knew his stuff and installation can be a complicated task. He needed the code in order to install the printer and I found it in my computer file. I may need that code if I move.

Geek squad did a very good job of showing me the needs we discussed however -- very disappointed. Printer stalls when clicked on 'print' on computer. Press button again and when it decides to print, then it might. I would like some help to set this machine up so that it serves my needs. Right now it is a struggle.

The agent connected my printer to my computer, but was not proactive in making sure other devices would also be connected and that drivers were installed to efficiently scan documents. It was my oversight for not asking about this, but after he left, it occurred to me that he should have been more proactive to make sure the printer setup was "complete."

Pretty good printer, ink cartridges' could last longer, some functions in settings are a bit hard to change.

I was very pleased with the help that I received when I called in when my printer would not work. Stephen was very knowledgeable and found the issue in a very short time. He was very pleasant and has a Great Attitude!

The 8025e printer came with no disk or anything to setup the printer. I did the required instatlation but had problems because certain things did not operate correctly. I contacted the Geek Squad for help. They confirmed the printer was set up correctly, I just didn't know how to operate it. The problem that i had was there was no Icon on the computer to use the printer. The Geek Squad placed and Icon on my computer. The scanning function, as it turns out, works differently then my previous HP 8610 printer and I thought perhaps there was a problem with the program. Again the Geek Squat came to my rescue and told me the program was correct. After that he gave me a few examples how it worked. Now I just have to get use to the new program.
