Love my new printer…easy to use…and double sided…what a delight! However, I am glad that Chris of Geek Tech Squad did the lifting, unpacking and installation as filling the bottles was worrisome!

My technician was knowledgeable and explained things to me as he installed the new printer. He kindly gave me advice on how to carefully and properly install and change the toner cartridge.

Your agent, Henry Diaz, was prompt, professional and proved to be a successful problem solver. He got the printer connected and working in under 10 minutes. I sent a thank you note to Henry and to his supervisor, Yasir Chaudry.

Tina is excellent! She was on time, explained what she was doing with the installation process of my new computer, and also made sure everything was up and running when she was done. The transferring of programs and files was very smooth. Excellent Job.

Scott Klimenko showed us the printers that were available online and helped us to purchase the right one. He also delivered it for us and connected it to our computer. He did a great job, and was very professional knowledgeable, and friendly.

Have used it only two weeks but it works fine and was easy to set up, compared to an Epson E-2850 printer that I finally returned because of setup and use problems.

The agent set up my printer and instructed us how to use our iPad and phone to activate. He was very aware and patient with our deficiencies is learning new computer info!
