    Andre did an excellent job setting up my printer and making sure it worked properly. He took his time to answer my questions was knowledgeable and courteous.

    New and Different Printer Installation

    The agent came to my home and set up my new printer with my MacBookPro and for WiFi. We had a bad snow/ice storm the day he was scheduled and I wondered if he'd make the appointment at all. He called me early in the day and said they were running two hours behind, and he'd be at my home at 2 pm. He was right on time. He set everything up, explained how it all worked, and was done in a little under an hour. He also was very knowledgeable about this particular type of printer that uses liquid ink. He filled the ink tanks for me as well.

    Excellent Experienced Customer Service

    Dylan was absolutely great! He was able to diagnose my printer issue quickly and was able to make reasonable recommendations. Once it was determined that my peinter could not be fixed, he helped me pick out a printer that was on sale and perfect for my needs. Not only did he go pick up the printer for me, but he helped me set it up quickly on all my devices and took my old printer to be recycled. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. If I ever have future issues that require Geek Squad support, I hope he is the Tech to resolve them. Excellent customer service!!!

    I HAD TO PAY ONE OF YOUR PEOPLE $125 TO SET UP THE PRINTER. IT WAS TOO COMPLICATED FOR A REGULAR PERSON TO SET UP. I WANT A REFUND FOR THE SET UP CHARGE OR I WILL RETURN THE PRINTER AND GO TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

    My geek squad agent, Granite, did an excellent job installing, programming & testing my HP printer. Also, he recommended, installed, programmed & tested an additional Epson printer. Granite is smart, personable, professional, and educated me re: the use of both printers. He made an extra sale for Best Buy, answered all my questions, & improved my business operations with his suggestions re: printer use + future software & devices selections for my company. Excellent & valuable employee!

    very helpful and nice Geek Quad answers all questions and fixes all problem. I will certainly plan on calling them in the future. I have found the help inside the store for tech problems to be of no use! But when Geek squad travels to your home they will spend the time needed to fix problems. But in the stores they do not take the time and the techs had no experience or knowledge. Only request they come to your home. Never waste time waiting in line at the stores. The long lines equate to "they don't know what to do, so the tech will just watch imaginary butterflies in the air and dance and shake their body the whole time you are there in the South point Durham store! They have good products in the store but no good techs at the store.

    Great service from Geek Squad!

    Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed the problem with my printer quickly and explained that I needed to replace a specific part in the machine --- or purchase a new machine. The pandemic-induced supply shortage made it impossible for me to purchase a new printer of the same caliber as the one I have. I learned that, unfortunately, the Geek Squad does not do the type of repair my machine needed. But Andrew's explanation did enable me to contact printer repair companies and find someone who could do the work. Andrew kindly and patiently also answered questions my husband and I had about some of our other electronics. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. It was a pleasure working with him.

    Geek squad solved our problems again!

    THe new EPSON printer we bought at Best Buy required that we load the ink into receptacles. We were unable to complete this task along with getting the printer up and running and connecting to the computer. THe techs came out twice and were able to perform getting the printer and computer to communicate with each other and print materials from the computer documents. Jonathan has been to our home twice and always is very well informed and competent. What a relief it is to have someone so knowledgeable and to have our equipment working as it should. All at no cost because we are Geek Squad members at a cost of under $100 a year.

    Geek Squad installed my printer perfectly

    The agent removed my printer from the box and set it up in a very timely manner. He explained how to scan, fax and copy from the glass and the multi copy insert. He demonstrated all the features and did a sample from each computer to make sure it was connected successfully. The printer is a joy to use and everything is right at our fingertips. I love how the display is always in sight and shows ink levels, etc. The agent was efficient and thorough making sure we understood everything before he left.

    Lyssa - the techy extraordinaire

    Lyssa was the geek dream team wrapped up in one person. She was extremely knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of a computer and the systems that interact with it. She got my printer and computer back to being BFF's again! She showed me exactly what to do and would walk me through each set up procedure no matter how many times I would have to repeat it. She was very patient and made each step very understandable. I would hire her again - anytime - everytime!

    What a great service the Geek Squad In-Home Service provides !! I bought a new laptop and printer, but my old printer never worked. My agent, TJ, came over and in setting up my new printer, he found that the modem was broken. I bought a new modem and router, he set up printer, modem and router and all is working well!! He is a fabulous staff member. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything to me as he fixed it. One of the best ! Thank you TJ !

    Geek Squad setting up of new computer

    The Geek Squad member was very knowledgeable and intuitive to my needs as an older person. He connected by printer and lap top to be used as a desk top, explaining everything to me in terms I could understand exactly what he was doing and why. He also was able to help me understand different things on my new computer, and cleaned out lots of extras that I didn't need. He clearly had worked with people like me before and was very patient. He listened very intently to what I had to say, and I never felt that he was condescending in any way.

    Superb Geek Squad Technician

    Adonis, the Geek Squad technician was superb on April 22 when he came to fix my old printer. He provided clear information and explained the problem, tried fixing and offered solutions quickly to replace when it's clear that the printer could not be fixed. He offered excellent service with the installation and operational instructions. He changed my mind to not cancel the Geek Squad service. I was really upset with the renewal experience, I was ready to cancel my renewal.

    Geek Squad in-home installation failed to show

    Geek Squad in-home installation services. Horrible. No show. I paid for my appointment ahead of time and the tech never showed. No one contacted me. None of the agents would or could get someone to come or speak to the local scheduler or tech. Next appointment was over a week later. No accommodation was given to get me in sooner since Geek Squad failed to show up or advise me no one was coming. All my calls went to call centers in India, central America and Panama. Nothing local. I literally spent the entire day on the phone trying to get someone to come install my new printer. No help at all. Zero. Worst customer service. Worst system ever. I have been a long-term loyal customer but will be taking my business elsewhere. Just horrible.

    I am very happy with the Geek Squad service in setting up my printer. The man was on time, quickly had the printer up and running, cleaned up the packing material and was ready to go in a short time. He showed me how to start working the printer, had a very pleasant attitude and even took the time to talk with my dog who loves people. I wish all people coming to service equipmet in our home could be as nice.

    Geek Squad Tech Great; Call Center a Disaster

    I was lucky to get an absolutely superb GEEK SQUAD tech to install a new Multicolor Xerox printer/copier/printer/fax. The software was the biggest challenge. Not so great was dealing with the Best Buy call center operation. I thought I was calling my local Best Buy but wound up being connected with agents throughout Central and the Northern part of South America. Finally an agent in Panama managed to get the right tech to me. I did NOT need that kind of craziness. BEST BUY, bring your call centers back to the USA with competent Americans (if you can hire them) on the other end of the phone.

    All working again…. The correct way

    The Geek Squad tech was very knowledgeable and noticed an issue with my router which was ultimately the cause of the mistakes happening in my printer and the connection. He advised me what to do I did it, and when he came back, everything worked perfect as it should head the first time, I was very happy and pleased with his and appreciate the Geek Squad tremendously

    I love my new computer and the work the in-home tech Alec Westlake did for me was excellent! His consultation regarding add-ons and direction to buy an appropriate CPU for the type of work I do was a bonus. I highly recommend the team as everyone who has serviced me in the company has done an exceptional job for over 5 years now.
