I bought a truly excellent Canon printer - the Maxi FY GX1040. The design is extremely intelligent, especially for someone with a visual disability. The Geek Squad worker who insstalled it for me was thorough and extemely helpful about setting it up and going oer the instructions so that I could use it dimmediately.'

Geek squad set up my printer. He had to be especially knowledgeable because it was for an iPad. It was not a routine set up. The manual,was not at all useful. I thought i would be able to set it up, even though I set up others I was not able to do this one. He was extremely helpful.

He understands the importance of not losing and/or automatically replacing important data files. He Followed up on two personal computers under the same MS office account to ensure that they are running as separate and individual computers and not synchronizing with each other.

Purchased Epson printer on 2-14-26 and paid for Geek Squad set up on 2-19-26, however printer would not print wirelessly.- was told WiFi was too weak. Paid Geek Squad to return on 2-28 to connect wire for printing. On March 14, WiFi provider spent 1 hour 20 minutes checking the problem- reentered the Epson App and passwords. Said that problem was the WiFi adaptor on the printer, not weak WiFi. Contacted Best Buy to return printer and check the WiFi adapter. Was told that because 14 days had past since my purchase (on 2-14-26) I would have to deal with Epson. I phoned Epson and spoke with someone from India, and they were no help whatsoever, and I am stuck with a brand new printer that won't print wirelessly.

Excellent service provided in a timely manner by the Geek Squad. My two (2) year-old Dell Computer had never had an in-shop troubleshooting session before. Then it crashed. I called and they asked me to bring it in. The team went through it and cleaned out some "trouble makers". I was back in service in about 48-hours.

Shannon did an exceptional job setting up our new Epson printer and troubleshooting Mac, internet, and connectivity issues. He was very knowledgeable, gracious, caring, and thorough and led me in the right direction to address issues outside of Best Buy's purview. When you purchase a new printer, you may be a little anxious when you think about setting it up. Well, use the Geek Squad and put your worries away because they know what they are doing. Oh, don't worry about speaking "Tech" either because they can explain it in a down to earth manner. Well worth the cost!

Nick Nako was very personable, knowledgeable and took time to listen to what issues were before addressing the problem of printer not confecting with other devices via WIFI. Nick fixed the problem that another Squad member could not in earlier in-home session. Nike gets 10 in our book.

I liked the Geek who came to my home to set up my new desktop and printer and found him to be extremely helpful. But prior to his arrival, I had a different experience. At the time, I hadn’t realized that my requests in setting up the computer were ignored. I had requested that files from my old computer be transferred to my new computer, which was done. And I drew out diagrams of how my opening screen should look with the icons I wanted. None of that was accomplished. A different operating system was installed that did not support my requested email, so I felt a bit ignored in making my preferences known. On the bright side, I do love the eco-tank printer. As far as recommending Geek Squad services, it depends on the customer’s knowledge base with computers. I have none, and using this service is wonderful for someone like me. I can call for help if I get stuck with an issue and need help. I will definitely maintain my membership.

Printer was selected by agent to be the one closest to what I used before - Its all set up and he showed me how to use each feature I had used on the old one. Very patient, addressing all my questions and job was done quickly - and old one taken away.

The Geek Squad gentlemen were professional, friendly, and patient. They took the time to answer my questions and showed the right way to refill the printer's ink from the 4 bottle. Setting everything up went very well. They worked together and both art so knowledgeable.
