Kris came in and sat down by my computer and printer and soon found out the problem I was having was with the computer and not the printer. He fixed that and also put my printer on WiFi. Very happy with this service My only problem was that it took about a month for the Geek Squad to schedule the appointment.

Installed my Epson Ecotank printer, but not sure if he tested ability to talk to the computer. First time I tried to use it, it wouldn't, but that was after a brief power interruption and n hours-long internet outage. Brian came out the second time, and he not only got them talking to each other, but had me print something off my computer, myself, to make sure I knew things like checking the print destination (helpful with a new computer, and totally new printer, six months after I last printed anything).

I could not connect printer. Jim explained a security item on my lap top prevented connection. Jim explained process and helped put guide on my smart phone. It was quick and painless for me.

They just delivered my fridge. Rudy done a good job. He was very careful bringing it into the house and taking my big fridge out. I really appreciate the care they took to bring the fridges in and out of the house. I’m really grateful for their knowledge.

Agent helped pare my printer to my two lap tops. He made sure both worked. He explained everything, and he was very patient and knowledgeable. We are thrilled to have picked out our printer at Best Buy, and with the Geek Squad service.

Victor was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained why my printer could not be fixed and helped me pick out a replacement printer. I ordered a newer version of my old printer and, when it arrived at the store, Victor called and arranged to bring it and set it up for me. His follow-up was excellent.

This was not an installation. It was a diagnostic visit to determine why my printer did not work. After checking out everything, my tech said it was the head that was the problem. He even looked up how much it would cost to replace it. Too expensive. He advised me to get a new printer. Very satisfied with how he worked. Very methodical and thorough.

GS Agent Cesar was totally, completely professional and efficient! Brought his own booties (I have a 'no outdoor shoe' policy), listened to my concerns, and went right to work. He returned at a later date to address 2 issues I neglected to mention during the first visit. I was completely satisfied with his work and attitude!

The two guys that came to my home to set up my printer were AWESOME!!!

The GeekSquad associate, Dan Wolf, certainly is professional. He explained what needed to be don, explained how long in simple terms for me and I am very impressed with his work.

The agent installed my new printer and set up links to my laptop, phone, and desktop. She was personable, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. I appreciated being able to watch and learn as she worked. I would highly recommend the total tech service and the Geek Squad help. Just wish it didn't take 3 weeks for service. Oh well.

The Geek Squad told me to get the Windows 11 tower cleaned up which is causing the printing problem. I did and awaiting new squad member fixing the printing problem. The new Geek Squad then try to fix the printer and it now works, but was told if stopps printing the Squad will replace the until. Thinks it will work ok.

I was desperate when my printer went on strike during a book editing project. Ted had the printer up and running within 15 minutes of arriving at my home. He explained what steps he took with the original problem and how he resolved some related issues with my laptop. Geek Squad techs have earned my trust through the years.

I have never been disappointed with the Geek Squad. I'm 86 so I need someone who understands the issues I have besides an ailing piece of electronic equipment. Thank you Best Buy for taking care of our Senior Community.

Patience, patience with all aspects of this much needed repair. From the care taken with sanitary concerns through considerate and excellent communication about time and suitability of appointment and a non confrontational, genuinely amenable demeanor, this service by the GEEK squad was extraordinary.

Josh Hines is an amazing member of Geek Squad. He found many ways to help with my problem with my printer not working from computer or cell phone which had been connecting easily. He explains everything he does in understandable language and not above an older person’s knowledge of technology. I have been so satisfied with everything he did.

The young man who came in to set up my printer was very polite and professional. Any questions which I had were answered and he would go in detail and break it down to me if needed. I am thoroughly satisfied and a happy customer.

Agent set up printer without and performed tests to esnure connecdtivity with computer and internet were working. He then resolved a few nagging software issues unrelated to printer set-up. THINK YOU GEEK SQUAD!

The service person who came to our house to set up a printer on a new laptop was marvelous. At first it didn't look like there would be a way to get the older printer to work on the new laptop, but he tried several different options, and it works absolutely terrific. He also gave us tips on how to get an older laptop to work again.
