We were experiencing printer connectivity issues, and the technician was able to resolve the issue and recommended additional measures for better processing speed. He showed up on time, was courteous and well informed.

I have a Mac computer and always find it hard to connect printers to it. Tech came in, hooked it up, gave me some other advice and was gone in less than 30 minutes. Easy peasy!
