Matthew has been out twice and did everything he could to revive my old printer and make it work. However t was just too old and died. Matthew was helpful in suggesting different new model printers that I might want to purchase. He was pleasant, effective and efficient.

He was very helpful in figuring out how to resize and print multiple pictures on one sheet of photo paper. Wish microsoft could come up wit another photo editing program as easy to use as their PICTURE IT program was.

The agent was very professional and helpful! Bryan was a delight to work with, he knew what he was doing and I had already downloaded driver, so was quick install. I highly recommend the Geek Squad, especially Bryan

The Geek Squad arrived promptly. We went over our issues we were having plus we purchased a new wireless color printer that needed to be installed. And we were hoping if there was time, we wanted the computer tuned up. Carlos got everything done in a timely manner and everything is working great.,

The Geek Squad member showed up on time and was very professional and took care of the problem quickly and made sure everything was working prior to leaving. The only problem I had was getting through the phone help to schedule an actual person to come take care of problem in my home.

The agent set up my new Epson-2850 printer. He worked efficiently in setting it up, connecting it to my computer and I-phone, and briefly explaining how it worked. He answered to my satisfaction any questions I had. I was pleased with his work.

Geek Squad came to my home to assist with new printer setup. He was efficient, knowledgeable, professional and polite. It took almost no time at all because the new printer is the same make as the old one was so drivers for that were already installed and readily recognized it.

The (2) Young Men identified themselves upon arrival. They even arrived earlier than scheduled appointment. Both Geek Squad Youth Geniuses came with smiles on their faces & cheery attitudes. They quickly/easily got my Printer connecting via my Laptop and printing away! !

The Geek Squad has always been there whenever I needed help. All you have to do is make a phone call to their Geek Squad hot line to make an appointment. This process is easy and effective.

Ben, the Geek Squad Agent did a Great job installing the new printer. He also assisted me in finding the printer that was an office printer and it was on sell for less than a home printer. Saved me money and I got a better printer. Thanks Ben

I must say the Geek Squad helped me solve a problem created by HP. I would not recommend using the instantink program. I tried to set it up and even called HP to get it started. Big mistake. The program takes control of your printer. It would take too much time to explain.

He was right on time and polite and personable but yet very professional. He did everything I asked and a couple of extra things I didn't know were available.

The tech you sent to help me set up my TR4720 printer is the best of the best that new his electronics extremely well. He also assisted me to print from my cell phone which I had several techs in the past tried to help and did not know. This Tech is very well experienced and knowledgeable .

Geek Squad tech easily loaded the new printer software on my laptop & had it working smoothly. Later I realized I never asked him to address the scanning function.

Jay, the Geek Squad technician who set up my printer, was exceptional. He took his time to make sure my printer worked, and he also took the time to explain thee steps he took to set my printer up. Jay is a "Super Geek", in the best sense of the term.

The agent did a great job of setting up my new printer and removing the old one. He tested everything before he left and made sure I was familiar with the new printer.

I was having trouble with my printer after a recent power outage and the loss of my WiFi‼️ I called and they sent a Tech out and after resetting everything they finally got both printers back up and running!

Printer would not print all of the requested items and was making a terrible noise when trying to print. Technician made a fix and printer started back up. Now several weeks later, the noise has begun again, but the printer is still printing well.

Had the Geek squad do an up-date and set up on a new Apple I pad and our old I pad. They did a great job. Both units work fantastic. My wife is very happy that both I pads operate the same.

Very pleased. Tech was very professional, very patient, and very nice. He fixed my problem while not making me feel stupid. You must make sure this tech gets an award for his professionalism And not making me feel stupid (which I am). Thank you for a great tech to fix my problem!
