could not understand the changes that were taking place this new contract year. ? reps were hard to understand. emails had different $$ for renewal.? i could not change credit card for payment. ?

However, the printer gave an 06 error message and in the process of trying to correct it for which there were no instructions, the computer was disconnected from the printer & I don't know how to connect it. I need the Geek to reconnect it & teach me how to keep this printer connected

Geek Squad member did a great job swapping out the defective printer with the new one and set it up just right so I could get back to work.

The agent arrived at or before the scheduled time. He seemed very knowledgeable and described the general problems with computers and printers. He provided a solution for my problem.

The agent figured out why my older printer was not working properly with my new laptop. She reinstalled software, tested and even came back when I still had a problem.
