Was having trouble with my printer. Could not get it to work properly. The agent came out to my house and fixed it for me and explained everything to me. Love working with the Geek Squad. Great people.

The agent installed and set up my new printer promptly. He also instructed me regarding the usage of the different buttons and options on the printer.

Chad Baptiste is very talented and knowledgeable in many areas. He solved several problems on my iPad, which were quite frustrating. He was also helpful in finding solutions and shortcuts on my Mac Book Air which helped eliminate several situations I didn’t understand or make wofkable.

After spending 5 hours on the phone with Total Tech I opted to schedule an in home service from Geek Squad. It was the best decision. Our technician Tim had our 3 in one printer set up in 15 minutes. Geek Squad is perfect.

Bought this printer because I was tired of trying to print only to realize my ink was gone. Hopefully these refillable bottles will make a difference in convenience and my wallet. To add to my pleasure, it produces a great print,

The initial online Geek Squad attempt to install the printer was unsuccessful. I finally went into the store and was greatly assisted with a new visiting Geek squad that was knowledgeable and completed the setting up in record time.

On time, skilled, able to problem solve and communicate effectively- the individual Geek Squad employee was GREAT! However the process of making the appointment was very frustrating! In person/ in town please!!!

Owen installed my printer in no time. I had been on the phone the night before with a greek specialist for 3 hours and they could not help

Excellent! One word describes this gentleman. He did what three trips one with and two without the printer. after almost a year i can now print. what a difference it makes when a person likes his job and desires to finish what someone else started.

The site kept me updated as to my Geek Squad person would be arriving and once he was here he quickly solved the problem. He kept me informed of what he was doing and asked me if I had any additional questions. Pleased with the speed and courtesy of his visit.

The geek squad Tech was very helpful installing my printer to my lap top computer. He was able to answer my questions and was knowledgeable. Excellent service.

I have used the service maybe four times and every time They walked me through it or if they couldn't they sent me over to someone hire up that could help me. If they couldn't help, they sent someone to the house who got the job done right.

Technician was completely knowledgeable about all my tech problems. He set up my printer, oculus, and iPad. I am technologically challenged, but he was able set up my devices and explain them in a way that made them easy for me to use.

The tech up arrived on time, very helpful and friendly. Had everything rolling within a short period of time along with giving some advice about some other things with my computer.

I’m 70 years old and was unable to set my new printer up. The gentleman was ver nice and did it very quickly. Can’t thank him enough for his kindness.
