The man that came to install our printer was timely, extremely nice, very knowledgeable! He did the job quickly and made sure all of our phones and computers were working with the printer. Excellent service! Highly recommend!!!

The Geek expert got my new printer set up and showed me how to use it. I was able to print out things for a while, but then ignored it for a few weeks and now it just tells me there’s no paper, though there’s plenty…. Wish I had an instruction manual.

Printers have come a long way since I purchased my last one 8 years ago. Geek Squad set up my new printer and explained how it was different from my old printer. After a demonstration, they had me repeat functions that were different from the old printer to ensure I understood it. They placed it properly in my office & hauled the old printer away. Having Geek Squad saved me hours of trying to do all of this myself! I appreciate their service & will use them in the future whenever possible.

I am no computer whizz. I was delighted the person was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable to put everything together, transfer some stuff from my old (15 years old) laptop (but I may still ask for assistance with some ther old stuff), and did not hurry mde or my husband. Patiently answered all our questions, and the set up is running GREAT, like a jackrabbit! The gentleman from GEEKS desrved a medal for his work!

The agent, Muis, was extremely knowledgeable and did everything I expected and more. The geek squad had worked on my computer at the best buy store had cleaned everything off and replaced as much as they could to make the computer faster. However, they installed the latest Windows 10 version which then was incompatible with my printers and other devices. Muis found updates for my printers and other peripherals and installed those so that everything would work together again.

They were very helpful and congenial. They took care of my problem and answered my questions.

I bought a new printer and had geek squad come to set it up. Dave is the tech that always comes and does the things when I have problems. He is always friendly and quick and he always makes sure things are working well before he leaves. He's a real asset to Geek Squad.

Excellent, informative & easy to understand: Caleb described what he was doing as he set up our HP Envy 6055e printer/copier/scanner. He set up icons on desktop for the printer & for scanner as well as Geed Squad shortcut. Caleb was answered questions and was easy to talk with throughout the set up. He's an excellent Geed Squad member!

The tech fixed the connection problem with my computer and printer. I was not able to make WIFI connected prints. He had found the simple problem in less than 5 min. I had spent 2-3 hrs on the phone with 2 diff remote Geek agents who could not make the repair and made an appointment for at the local store. I took both computer and printer to the appointment and was told the computer needed some work> left it with them and picked it up in 3 days. The agent said they couldn't work on the H new HP printer in the store and needed to send an agent to my house in. Next available date was 3 weeks out. It was a very big waste of my time for a simple repair.
