The Geek squad person was professional, pleasant and prompt. Although he could not repair my printer, he did take it to recycle which saved me finding someone.

My agent installed my tv and demonstrated its use and how to add devics to it, and did so like a professional and purposeful nerd who did not hide a sense of humor. Super job
