Never solved my problem. The Geek said my wi-fi was intermitted and that was my problem. My Brother-In Law solved my problem within 15 minutes and did not cost me $125. That I paid the Geek Squad. Thank you for nothing.

Total Tech is a money saving service to have when you have several users in one household. These people are experts. They even came out at no charge to take care of new Chromebook printing issues, and took care of things promptly and professionally.

The geek squad agent successfully connected my favorite 2008 photo printer to my new MacBook Pro. Due to age of the printer the two devices were not communicating with each other properly so the installation of the printer did not happen as usual.

Jon came out originally to work on pc and printer. He recommended a new pc as ours was too old and slow and really could not be helped. He worked on our printer as well but to no avail. Recommended a new printer which we purchased.

The agent Allain Rodriquez was excellent in connecting my new printer. He was very kind in answering a couple of questions I had during the printer set up.

The tech came in and quickly set up my printer so that it would print from my phone or lap top and set up my instant ink account etc.It was quick and easy and so worth me not taking much longer to do it! So worth having total tech!
