Absolutely flawless setup and technician was patient and thorough

Did a great job. Happy with the work they did and the computer works faster now, They were kind and very professional.

The agent was excellent. He set up the new wireless printer and connected multiple devices to the new printer and got them all up and running and answered all my questions.

The fellow who came to my house was very knowledgeable and efficient. He recommended an upgrade to a annual service plan which I did and couldn't be happier about it. Thanks again.

The Geek Squad agent, Michael, helped move the printer to a better area, tested it on different paper sizes and help hide all of the cords .

The agent assisted me with my printer. For some reason it stopped printing color and then did not print at all. The agent was able to get the printer to print and to print correctly!

It took the technician just a few minutes to realize that we didn’t have the transmitter for the headphones hooked up to the tv. Now our wireless headphone system works perfectly!

Attentive service, however it sometimes takes a while before team can come out for home visit. Fax hooked up however phone service disrupted and had to request a second visit.

My printer problem was solved. But it is always difficult to get to the proper person I need to solve my problem. And hold time is extremely long.
