Love my new printer…easy to use…and double sided…what a delight! However, I am glad that Chris of Geek Tech Squad did the lifting, unpacking and installation as filling the bottles was worrisome!

I haven’t been able to use my printer for a year, so when the geek squad guy fixed it I was thrilled. Also, I have been unable to receive emails on my pc, and he fixed that issue, although it took him a few tries. I am very grateful!

It's a nice little printer, but not user friendly because the control panel doesn't let the user control anything. Not everybody uses a smart phone to copy, print, or scan from or to. Some still use the control panel. Worse, the owner's manual doesn't tell you anything.

My technician was knowledgeable and explained things to me as he installed the new printer. He kindly gave me advice on how to carefully and properly install and change the toner cartridge.

Product worked as expected, Help with installation was exceptional. Shad was on time and very knowledgeable and when queried regarding about additional products was very helpful.

I have the best tech to fix or install everything I buy from best buy. He does a very good job, with installing what ever. I feel good seeing him at my door!

The setup problem I was having was tough to diagnose. After multiple approaches, the technician figured it out and saved the day!

This went extremely well. The technician was very knowledgable. He set up the printer on all my devices and made sure it worked properly on all of them. This went well beyond what I was expecting him to do. I am very happy!

The printer was not connecting to the computer. I purchaded the printer from Best Buy It is now working due to the geeks.
