Agent was so nice & knowledgeable. It think it took him less than 5 minutes to set up my printer. He arrived a little earlier than the time I was given & that was great. He did call first to make sure the time worked for me.

Happy my printer was fixed by the technician . It was something I could not fix, but he able to correct the problem.

My gosh! Tech was on time, took care of re-connecting my printer in less than 20 minutes. So he cleaned out temporary files I didn't know how to do, checked my Webroot notices, and was out of here in 1/2 hour. THAT is great service.

The agent connected my printer and connected me to e-tickets. He also helped me understand how to get connected to Microsoft word, excel, etc. Very professional and very helpful.

I got all my questions answered and printer is now up and running beautifully. The technician was well informed and clear in his explanation. I was even able to text him a question a few days later and he had the answer promptly.

Have used it only two weeks but it works fine and was easy to set up, compared to an Epson E-2850 printer that I finally returned because of setup and use problems.

Matthew checked out my HP 4100 Series Printer. It was not communicating as it should and so I returned it to Best Buy in Henderson where again I received excellent service as I also had received from Matthew on Nov. 27 and yesterday, Dec. 17.

I was extremely satisfied with the service. Not only he fixed the issue with my printer but also walked me through step by step in case i have the same issue in the future. And finished before the time expected.

The agent identified that my laptop and wireless printer were not communicating with each other. The agent deleted the software from the lap top then downloaded the software again and the problem was resolved. Success!

Technician got a new printer out of the box (which is three-years old) connected to the computer but would not print due to its lack of use for that timeframe. I am told I would need to purchase another printer.

The Geek Squad came out connected my HP printer, scanner, and fax. it works great. thinly issue I have is the scans do not come out as clear as I would like but other than that its great.
