The agent spent over an hour at our residence troubleshooting the problem with the connection. He was patient and courteous. He even answered some unrelated questions.

I forgot the tech name, but he was outstanding. Set up a new printer that BB doesn't carry. Made use that everything worker and that I understood. I asked about my other printer that was covered by the service agreement and he cleared that problem.

When my new printer was installed by the Geek Squad why didn't they tell me that the driver must be updated? I was on the phone with 2 different Geek Squad techs. I was on the phone for an hour! I paid good money for the installation of the printer. I feel that they did not do they job well by not telling me about updates and how to do them. Very frustrated with the Geek Squad and Best Buy.
