The agent checked my computer and printer to make they setup correctly. There were a few issues with the printer all was corrected. The Geek Squad is the best.

The printer scan feature would not work and technician came and installed new scan setup. He was very patient and spent time showing us how to use it.

My agent Kyle was wonderful! He was able to correct all my technical issues quite quickly and even helped with one that I hadn’t called for help with.

Agent was good, however problem is back. We had agent out because printer was disconnected from our devises. Working good with computer, but not working again from my phone.
