Printer had a missing Icon, Squad Member was able to create one that could do what the missing one was designed to do!! The work was nothing short of BRILLIANT!!!! Could not have been better service!

The agent came to my house, and he was very respectful being in my house, and he was able to get my printer setup and working in less than a half hour.

The Geek Squad agent spent a while trying to fix my printer but it was broken and parts are not available. The agent really spent some time on it trying all the possible problems.

The agent arrived at or before the scheduled time. He seemed very knowledgeable and described the general problems with computers and printers. He provided a solution for my problem.

However, the printer gave an 06 error message and in the process of trying to correct it for which there were no instructions, the computer was disconnected from the printer & I don't know how to connect it. I need the Geek to reconnect it & teach me how to keep this printer connected

The agent figured out why my older printer was not working properly with my new laptop. She reinstalled software, tested and even came back when I still had a problem.

The agent installed the ordered part and correlated my laptop and cell phone to the printer. It all prints great except when I copy. I cannot get the printer to change trays to print 8X10 from tray 2. It only prints 4X6 from tray 1. Before Geek Squad it would copy 8X10 from tray 2. I am unable to change it.
