We have had Geek Squad out twice in the past two months. Both technicians were very professional, easy to understand, and got the job done perfectly the first time.

Unpacked my printer and connected it to all my devices. Downloaded all software and drivers.

Geek Squad member did a great job swapping out the defective printer with the new one and set it up just right so I could get back to work.

Agent Bryan came on time. Set up the printer. Answered my questions and taught me a few things about the printer, word processing and my cellphone . He was wonderful and I am grateful.

Young lady was very knowledgeable, friendly and concerned that we understood everything we needed to know.

The agent connected my printer/copier to the computer. He inserted the ink cartridges which were included. He ran a sample page which worked well. He did NOT show me how to remove the used cartridges and replace them with full sized ones. Now, the rack containing the cartridges stays on the right side of the printer and the samples cannot be removed. That being the case, I have run very low on the provided ink.

The online service was difficult. I'm sure that they know what they're doing, but I had difficulty understanding their directions with their accents. The young lady who came to our home was great!!!! The Linksys router recommended by the store won't link with my older HP printer.

The technician installed a printer. Clearly explained the steps, the functions of printer. Answered questions i had. He also recommended a program that has an annual fee, which i accepted.

My old Hp printer was not worthy of repairing. The Agent suggested a new Hp printer, went and picked it up for me, and set up. Perfect service! 5 Stars to the Geek Sq Agent!
