My Geek was amazing! He set it up and was very helpful!

We decided to avoid a lot of stress and aggravation and ask the Geek Squad to set up our new Brother Laser Wireless Printer. The agent, Mario, arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment time. He was polite and cheerful. He brought a small tool bag containing everything he needed. He knew everything about the product and went to work almost effortlessly. He was careful to explain what he was doing and showed us how to use the printer. He answered all our questions in language we could understand. Calling the Geek Squad was a great decision and we will do so again with any tech assistance we need.

The Geek Squad crew showed up on-time asked what the problem was and took care of them all in less than 1/2hr.

I bought a new printer at Best Buy, but couldn't get it working. I contacted the Geek Squad and they showed up for the appointment on time and resolved the problem in about 15 minutes. Excellent job!

The agent connected my brother printer to the TV and also to my Apple phone. It’s all connected on the same Wi-Fi so it really works beautifully. No problem he did a good job, and explained everything to me so I’m very satisfied I have been doing business with these people over 3030 years with no problem. I think most people would also be happy with them.

The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. I was upset that I had to pay. For a home visit as remote technician totally screwed up my laptop and printer connection. Some remote people overseas don’t fully understand computer issues we have. I had to call Xfinity to reboot my computer after remote person made matters worse.

Geek squad spent time setting up our computer and printer,including giving us an overview of functions,features. They made sure everything functioned properly.

The geek sauad agents were thorough, patient and helpful.

The agents set up my printer, set up appointments for me, and gave me extra advice to fix an unrelated problem! They went above and beyond, made everything really easy for me, and I appreciate it!!

The Agent attempted numerous times to get my printer to copy and print without success. He also evaluated the sleep function to be defective. In conclusion, the Agent recommended a new printer purchase to be the most cost effective decision to resolve my printer needs. He then measured the storage space where the printer sat on a bookshelf to help with the size limitations of the replacement printer. The Agent then cancelled the charges because he was unable to serve my needs.

On time. Knew his stuff. Patiently answered all our questions. Printer works flawlessly. Far different experience than our last wireless printer odyssey. We endured multiple long calls to HP customer support to hook up a device that never did work right.

There have been some set up problems with the machine, but Candler of the Savannah Geek Squad has been very helpful.

We had purchased a new Laser Jet Printer. Best Buy Geek Squad sent David out to set up our printer. He came when expected, spent the time to set it up and make sure we understood what this printer could do. It is wireless which is a joy. One less plug. David was EXCELLENT and very knowledgeable too.
