The agent made the exchange of my printers so easy. He took the first printer I bought back to the store, and brought me the new one which he set up and installed for me. He did this on a particularly busy day and a rainy one as well. He did this so that I could get the sale price on the new printer. Excellent and wonderful service!!!

The young man sent to our home was very professional but at the same time, very friendly and patient.

i WAS HAVING TROUBLE SETTING UP MY PRINTER. THE TECHNICIAN SENT OUT TO HELP ME WAS VERY COURTEOUS, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND I WAS VERY PLEASED.

He did in 10 minutes what I was trying to do for weeks

They were here and got everything set up and got printer set up and our phones set up with the printer too and working fine

The geek squad set up my new printer and got everything working and showed me how to use it.

Thank goodness for Geek Squad. I usually get my son to help me with setting up electronics but it hasn’t been home in awhile. I really needed my printer so the guy from geek squad did a great job. Showed me how to use it and also set it up as wireless. I was so excited. Just had them come again to set up a tv.

Justin from Geek Squad Roving personnel came to my apt on time (actually early) & set up my new printer including synching with Wi-Fi router & system. He ran tests on the printer to verify it worked correctly. He also explained it’s features & how to properly use each. He answered questions and made sure I was comfortable with using the printer. He was timely, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous & dressed professionally with ID .. I am extremely happy with this Geek Squad technician & this experience.

The technician was coureous, on time and very knowledgable.

Agent was aware of updates and reconfigured computer and modem.

Nancy was very patient, knowledgeable and persistent [some of the equipment was first generation & problems new to the squad]. She was able to update the squad on the fixes. She explained what she was doing and how best it was for me to access. She tied 4 apple products together and removed the lock outs from them. I finally can use my printer, scanner and FAX! My original goal was to sent copies of prescriptions to the insurance company instead of coping at the library and mailing them.
