The geek agents were great, very professional and friendly. We are very happy with the experience and will continue to use the geek squad for all our tech needs.

The printer did not work 2 days after it was installed. I set a follow up appoint to fix the problem and to change my printer to working on a direct connect instead of over the web. They were to arrive between 7am and 7pm. They never arrived, did not call to change time. I contacted main office and found out they had canceled appointment.
