My HP PhotoSmart printer stopped printing black ink. CMY printed, but not black. The technician called the day before the appointment to get all the facts and suggested I purchase a new printer to have on hand just in case my existing one was not fixable. Turned out he was right. There was a mechanical problem with my existing printer that couldn't be fixed. So he set up the new printer, showed me how to use it, and answered all my questions. Would have taken me twice as long to do that myself.

I was extremely pleased to see all the associates wearing their masks, clear markers on the floor so shoppers know exactly where to stand while waiting. I felt relieved and respected. The Geek Squad person that helped me was Jacob. He worked swiftly and confidently. My Mac was a mess. But when I got home to my telehealth office all of his good work stood out. My epson printer was working great printing perfectly. I am very pleased by the excellent service that I received. Thank you Jacob and Geek Squad!

Double agent Lynda M. was fantastic. She was so quick and knowledgeable about the whole printer set-up process. It would have taken me hours to do what she did in minutes. She showed me all the settings, mainly the most important ones. She was also a positive person with a cheerful disposition. And she took away my old printer for recycling!

Sanda was awesome! Took no time at all after having had printer problems and printer hookups dating back to just before Thanksgiving. He made short work of the whole thing, even having time to help me with stuff I should but don't know about using my laptop advantageously. Plus. . . he is very polite, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Showed great respect for an elderly fumbler with technology. So appreciated!

Conner is the best. He knows his stuff. He is very professional, punctual and answers your question. He doesn’t make you feel stupid for asking questions. He explains well. I appreciate his expertise! My only problem is scheduling, which is not the fault of Conner. Seems like the schedule is almost two weeks out, both times I’ve used it.

Angel, the technician was fabulous. He even took away my old printer, including the box and packing material that the new printer came with. As a disabled person, that really makes my life much easier.
