Your technicians trained me on how to use my new laptop and some of the applications

I am a senior and had not purchased any new technology in many years, I finally replaced my computer and printer. I was a little nervous about using new technology. Fortunately I got Brian as my tech, I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with using my computer and printer. Brian is an asset to Best Buy and had made me a customer for life. Thank you for your help, Brian.

The technician was prompt, efficient and polite. He appeared to know what he was doing. The result is my printer appears to be working fine. There is one exception...I bought a wireless printer but he advised that I would get a more dependable experience if he installed it as a wireline printer. I questioned that but thought he knew better and had more experience with printers than I did. When I shared this with the IT guy who helped me purchase my laptop, docking station, monitor, etc. he did not agree. He said it should have been installed as it was meant to be installed as a wireless printer so I would have that flexible functionality. So now I am stuck with a wired printer and I am tethered to my desktop when I want to print. He said he had never experienced any problems with wireless printers at all. Moral of the story: Install it as a wireless printer as it was designed.

The Geek Squad agent set up my new printer and gave me instructions on how to use it. I use the Geek Squad every time I purchase a new computer, etc. I have been very pleased with what they do for me.

The geek showed me how to use my printer to scan documents for uploading.

The technicians were able to solve my problem which they said was very unusual (of course). Everything is working fine now

The agent installed the printer quickly and explained the features of the printer. Answered all questions with clarity.

Geek squad came to set up my EPSON printer/scanner and unable to get the scanner to function. His thought was a problem with EPSON/Apple regarding a password .. and he could not offer any options to get it but for me to contavct EPSON myself. I asked him why he could not contact EPSON support himself since BEST BUY sells EPSON products...or get tech support from BEST BUY. He did not want to attempt an form of help for me. I purchased the printer 9.18.2025, first set up appt 10.2 and now nothing available to do the installation till Oct 17. I purchased an EPSON in 2021 from Best Buy and had the best support and help and returned hoping for the same service.... NOT

The agent was very knowledgeable. He was able to install and explain the wireless printer.He was very concerned about my home. As soon as he stepped inside he put booties over his shoes.

The Geek Squad gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and answered my questions. I am not real computer smart so he explained everything I was confused about. I could not have had a better experience and will definitely call for help if I have trouble or questions about anything I don't understand in the future. I was so thankful for everything he did to help me. I don't think a person understands how important this kind of help is to someone like me to make my life better. Thank you.

Agent had to return because City power was down for his first visit. He came on time and expertly accomplished all tasks. Will use him again if/when required. (Printer and computer works as expected.)

Agents James and Erin were very friendly and helpful in getting me setup to use my new HP-Inspire 7955e Wireless All-in-one Injet Photo Printer. They also helped my husband & me see how we could set something to print from our cell phones. We appreciate how helpful they were with us!

This was not actually a printer set up. My scanner on the existing printer completely stopped working and I was also unable to print from laptop. I had Travis and he was outstanding. He sat at the desktop and literally whipped through some things and all of sudden it was fixed - same with both issues. I hope he stays with Geek Squad as I will request him every time.
