Agents were exceptionally good at setting up the printer,the tv and ext. speaker . Very professional in working with people

The store did NOT tell us that this item needed another item to hook it up, So when we got home we could NOT hook up our handicapped son's DVD for him. We had to call for service and that's when we were told that (we weren't stupid like we thought) it needed another cable to hook it up, we had to pay for it then (thank goodness the men had one left in their truck) so our son could enjoy his DVD then. We should have been told about this.

Agent had to return because City power was down for his first visit. He came on time and expertly accomplished all tasks. Will use him again if/when required. (Printer and computer works as expected.)

The agent was able to connect my new printer to my computer. He was great and was very conscientious. The next day I was concerned it wasn’t working then realized I didn’t have the new printer connected to my choice of printers. I called him when I couldn’t get it to work and he was willing to come back. I called him when the printer started to work so he wouldn’t have to return. He warned me that there were two printers on my choice and I remembered that.I think it is outstanding to be willing to make it right.

Excellent!!! Mike was fantastic, very professional, so kind & very patient in explaining any questions i had. This new computer is much different then my very old computer i have had for many years. The "Geek Squad" is the GREATEST asset to Best Buy to help your customers get started & settled in with their new computer. It truly lessens the anxiety of having a very knowledgeable person help you ~ T.Y., Mike!!! :-)

The agents did a fine job setting up my new printer, explaining the details of how to operate it and connecting our laptops to it. For this elderly technophobe, it was well worth it to pay for the service.

Luis, from your Geek Squad, was wonderful. He was very patient and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. He set up my printer just the way I wanted. I would recommend him to anyone desiring technical assistance.

first geek visit could not set up printer due to lack of wireless cord need that didn't come with printer. had to reschedule too k another wait of several days for appt. your telephone service is obnoxious and the wait time deplorable...plus the music unbearable . had to come back to the store to set up second appt for install,,,second visit from Cason in geek squad was very good. He was pleasant and efficient in his work. would welcome him for any future installs or repairs. I think it would give better service if a human telephone experience were available

He arrived on time and set up my printer. He also got my laptop to communicate with the printer, which had never happened before. My only regret is that I was paying too much attention to my newfound laptop abilities, I didn't notice how to load the paper. This printer has an enclosed paper supply, and I'm afraid to open it. I'll have to get more Geek help when I run out of paper.

OUR TECHNICIAN WAS JON LANGTRY WHO CAME OUT TO INSTALL OUR NEW LAPTOP TO OUR NEW PRINTER. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HIS PROFESSIONALISM, EXPERTISE, AN IN ANSWERING ALL OUR QUESTIONS. HE EVEN SUGGESTED ADDITIONAL APPLICATIONS TO ASSIST US IN BETTER USAGE OF THE PRODUCT. THANK YOU, JON AND THE GEEK SQUAD!

Excellent, informative & easy to understand: Caleb described what he was doing as he set up our HP Envy 6055e printer/copier/scanner. He set up icons on desktop for the printer & for scanner as well as Geed Squad shortcut. Caleb was answered questions and was easy to talk with throughout the set up. He's an excellent Geed Squad member!

The representative from Geek Squad technician was pleasant and did the installation with skill.

The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. I was upset that I had to pay. For a home visit as remote technician totally screwed up my laptop and printer connection. Some remote people overseas don’t fully understand computer issues we have. I had to call Xfinity to reboot my computer after remote person made matters worse.

The agent connected my brother printer to the TV and also to my Apple phone. It’s all connected on the same Wi-Fi so it really works beautifully. No problem he did a good job, and explained everything to me so I’m very satisfied I have been doing business with these people over 3030 years with no problem. I think most people would also be happy with them.

We had purchased a new Laser Jet Printer. Best Buy Geek Squad sent David out to set up our printer. He came when expected, spent the time to set it up and make sure we understood what this printer could do. It is wireless which is a joy. One less plug. David was EXCELLENT and very knowledgeable too.
