    Still having printer problems after initial fix

    Resolved initial printer problem, but it returned the next day. He was going to offer me GEEK annual subscription for half price, but then said he couldn’t because had already logged of visit. But then he said he would sent deal by email. He did not. He did not respond to text when I reminded him.

    Geek Squad helped me get my apps back

    The original problem with the printer was solved just before Marco arrived. But I had other problems with which he could help me. Unfortunately, he did not address the problem of connecting one of my MacBookPro's inability to connect to the web. I could no longer bring up the apps store. He fixed it!

    Though agent was nice and worked diligently, problem was not solved. Suggested replacement but 2 weeks later printer printed 68 pages correctly but when paper was added lines went vertical instead. Seems if printer sits for awhile, it prints correctly for awhile.

    I am paying for Total Tech service, but the help came directly from Samsung, not Geek Squad. Geek Squad bounced me around to four different "technicians" until I was finally connected with Samsung, and they solved my problem. I am confused: does Samsung count as Geek Squad help?

    Printer still not working right.

    I mainly called because I my printer would not print without being connected by a cable. It would not work wireless. He fixed it and it worked only 2-3 times wireless. I now have to print with the cable connected again. Whatever he did, it didn't work for long.

    Rip off I always have a terrible experience with Best Buy's customer service and GEEK SQUAD the representative keeps talking and taking but fail to answer the right questions or provide a resolution. My issue remains unresolved because Geek Squad has not taken action. Additionally, phone calls are often disconnected, and they are do not return calls. To make matters worse I have appointment today and the technician never arrived. This level of service is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.

    It was set up with the geek squad and it didn’t work right the first time. They came out and worked on it for the second time and it’s still not right. This printer has problems with the ink. I would not buy it again

    Windows 11 is the hang-up

    The technician was fantastic and my printer is working, but there are problems with Windows 11 that make it difficult for it to work with my printer. I can't say enough good things about the technician.

    printer had no info on how to set up, called HP and they were unable to convey instructions as to set up unit, had to make a service call with geek squad to set up, still having difficulty using this unit

    September 9, 2022. Geek Squad was going to return to their shop to further research the problem. Still have the same problem. Would not recommend The Geek Squad at this time.

    Fax not working

    The agent was to setup my Epson printer, copier, scanner & fax. He did the first 3 & not the fax & told me I needed a line from AT&T. I had a fax previously & it worked off the landline that I already have. It’s the same # Now I have to pay an additional $100 to have my fax connected

    Problem still not fixed. Kyle the person you sent said he would be back. Haven't heard nor seen him. I will be making another appointment for I need my printer. We did check to see when was the last time my printer printed. We could had backed up to that time. He had another solution but as I said he never returned. Normally I give you excellent but not this time. I get good results from Matthew.

    Printer set up

    I am not happy about the setup. I can not get the printer to print. The Geek Squad person never showed me how to download the upgrades that come from the provider. Never showed me much of anything. This is the first install that I have not been happy with. My previous experiences have all been good.
