The totaltech service needs HELP.

Online contact was even rude. House visit did not produce any results except to recommend I take the PC into Geek Squad. The wait time for the home visit was 2 weeks, and the in-store fiasco had me running back and forth only t find out there was a mis-diagnosis.

Set up of home office

I am getting the same error message every time. It will not scan. Very unhappy. The scanner is the reason i had you set up a hime office. I need to be able to scan. This was the second time i had a tech here and i still cannot scan

In home setup failed.

A few days later I tried using remote tech support, and after a couple missed attempts to connect I finally got an agent who was able to fix the problem and set up the printer correctly.

Printer Jam

Didn’t try to get the paper out he just YouTube’d a video and said he couldn’t do it! Waste of my money because i could’ve YouTube’d myself.which i actually did prior to calling the geek squad.

I don't expect to be charged

This writer was NOT able to even print a ' test page' and was going to return same!

Printer issue not corrected. I thought Best Buy

Don't waster your money with Best Buy Geek Squad

Best Buy in-home Installations
