The agent who installed my printer was friendly, efficient and knew what he was doing. I was very satisfied with his work. What I do not like about contacting the Geek Squad is the many machines I have to go through to get to speak with a person. Sometimes I never get to speak to a person.

The agents did a fine job setting up my new printer, explaining the details of how to operate it and connecting our laptops to it. For this elderly technophobe, it was well worth it to pay for the service.

My service provider was Wayne Jones. I recently purchased a new Canon printer for a home based business I am starting. Wayne was amazing, He was knowledgeable, patient and extremely thorough with his explanation. He help me set up the printer wirelessly and was kind enough to allow me to try it out a couple times until I was comfortable. I really appreciated his expertise.

The Geek Squad agent phoned several times during the day to confirm the exact time of the service call. When the agent arrived at my home he was able to diagnose the printer issue and made the necessary repairs needed to correct the problem. As noted, the agent arrived as scheduled, was extremely courteous and performed the service in a professional manner. He made certain the problem was fixed and that I was satisfied with the service call. I highly recommend "Geek Squad" service. It was a good job, well done.

i WAS HAVING TROUBLE SETTING UP MY PRINTER. THE TECHNICIAN SENT OUT TO HELP ME WAS VERY COURTEOUS, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND I WAS VERY PLEASED.

Despite my not being very tech. proficient on computers / printers etc. it was easy to get printing right away. I didn't understand the software installation and at first didn't get it installed correctly. BUT it still printed correctly on demand. Thanks to the Geek Squad for getting the software installed correctly! Everything works great.

The Geek Squad is an answer to a prayer for us. Bryan K came to the house and helped us get comfortable with our new iMac. He was so patient and supportive in answering our questions and concerns about our new computer. We are now up and running and know that we have someone to depend on for future challenges with the computer. Signing up on a yearly basis with the Geek Squad is one of the best things we did in 2021.
