I Phone I miss my old Flip Phone

I was told that I needed a needed a new battery. I was directed to the Apple store in Rockaway N J next day I went they said they did not have a battery in stock. Made appointment in Willowbrook Mall they pt the battery in. My phone still doesn’t his a charge. Very disappointed with Apple & Best Buy.
