Still having printer problems after initial fix

He was going to offer me GEEK annual subscription for half price, but then said he couldn’t because had already logged of visit. But then he said he would sent deal by email. He did not. He did not respond to text when I reminded him.

But I had other problems with which he could help me. Unfortunately, he did not address the problem of connecting one of my MacBookPro's inability to connect to the web. I could no longer bring up the apps store. He fixed it!
