Everything went good. They went back to Best Buy for different ink came back with new printer.

I had problems with my printer and laptop and the problem I had they solve it. I’m happy with them.

The technician arrived on time, assessed the problems relevant to the age of our computer and quickly identified a "software work around" to finish the installation of our new printer.

Conner is the best. He knows his stuff. He is very professional, punctual and answers your question. He doesn’t make you feel stupid for asking questions. He explains well. I appreciate his expertise! My only problem is scheduling, which is not the fault of Conner. Seems like the schedule is almost two weeks out, both times I’ve used it.

They came into our home at the time they told us and they were very efficient and diagnosed the problem right away! Great personalities and knew what they were doing!

Double agent Lynda M. was fantastic. She was so quick and knowledgeable about the whole printer set-up process. It would have taken me hours to do what she did in minutes. She showed me all the settings, mainly the most important ones. She was also a positive person with a cheerful disposition. And she took away my old printer for recycling!

The set-up was good, however, the printer kept going off line and it has to be restarted everyone if I want to access it wirelessly from my laptop computer. Geek squad mentioned I have to keep doing it this way. Not sure why there is no solution to this issue

The agent who installed my printer was friendly, efficient and knew what he was doing. I was very satisfied with his work. What I do not like about contacting the Geek Squad is the many machines I have to go through to get to speak with a person. Sometimes I never get to speak to a person.

We decided to avoid a lot of stress and aggravation and ask the Geek Squad to set up our new Brother Laser Wireless Printer. The agent, Mario, arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment time. He was polite and cheerful. He brought a small tool bag containing everything he needed. He knew everything about the product and went to work almost effortlessly. He was careful to explain what he was doing and showed us how to use the printer.
