Anthony, the technician who was to install my printer, called to ask if he could come a bit earlier than scheduled. That was perfect for my schedule. When he arrived he greeted me very warmly and set about doing his job. He explained everything as he completed the work in very little time. It was very clear that he had a lot of experience. I asked him several questions about my computer and he gave me clear, understandable answers. I was very satisfied with the work that was done and with the polite and helpful manner of Anthony.

The geek squad technician who set up my Hp wireless printer was very efficient and knowledgeable. He setup the printer in record time and afterwards he explained the printer functions to me. My printer has been printing quality prints ever since the printer setup. Thank you Geek Squad!!

My agent Steve took on a difficult issue with my desktop. He was determined to find a solution and explored a lot of potential fixes. Stayed with it until he solved my problem, then went even further showing me other potential problems with my pc and our laptops. Removed a ton of apps and issues that we were not even aware of. Set up our systems to be simpler and more user friendly. Cannot say enough about his service. If you do not have Total Tech support, get it. That is the best money we spend at Best Buy every year.

The Agent kept me informed when my appointment was and expected time to arrive. I appreciated this communication! The Agent is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He followed all guidelines for COVID19 safety. The Agent installed my new printer to my laptop and performed all tests to make sure that all applications were working with the new printer and able to print from various programs. The agent set my printer up for blue tooth from my iPhone, iPad and iMac.

The agent installed my HP Office JetPro 9120e series printer. (Note: this printer does not have an "off print" button. Also, it takes lots of time changing paper/envelope sizes. I am not happy with this printer,

Both myself and wife are seniors and just don't want the tension of trying to hook up a new tech. item. Having purchased a Total Tech. agreement it was a no brainer. The agent specializes in printers, so his efficiency and knowledge were quite evident. His attitude and friendliness were also quite refreshing and certainly reflective on Best Buy.

we bought a printer and it didn't have fax in it so we brought it back to Best buy and they exchange it for us and we just paid the deferens

Printer set up warrantee I purchased this because when I was installing my printer I could only get so far and I couldn’t get any further. Geek squad came out and hooked it up and even showed me that I could print from my cell phone which has been awesome! The geek squad is the only way to go!!!They can answer any question you have! We recently had this service and it has broken down, Again! One of our PC's is not printing and the other PC is only functioning occasionally. This is the second time this has happened. Please correct this malfunction. Thank you.

Agent Galo connected my printer to my computer . He is knowledgeable, professional, patience and friendly. He made sure l knew how to print documents before he left. He made a follow up call later that day to ensure everything was working. He is the “only” Agent, l have dealt with to make a telephone call to ensure it was working correctly. I appreciate his concern and felt valued as a customer.

Started a live chat which was escalated to a phone call, then to a tech to take over my computer. Unfortunately after a few hours it was determined that a home visit would be necessary. Luckily, then Geek Squad was able to move up my appointment and the tech was able to fix my problem in about 2 minutes! I am extremely glad to have Total Tech membership... definitely worth the cost!
