The Agent attempted numerous times to get my printer to copy and print without success. He also evaluated the sleep function to be defective. In conclusion, the Agent recommended a new printer purchase to be the most cost effective decision to resolve my printer needs. He then measured the storage space where the printer sat on a bookshelf to help with the size limitations of the replacement printer. The Agent then cancelled the charges because he was unable to serve my needs.

The geek squad technician who set up my Hp wireless printer was very efficient and knowledgeable. He setup the printer in record time and afterwards he explained the printer functions to me. My printer has been printing quality prints ever since the printer setup. Thank you Geek Squad!!

Sanda was awesome! Took no time at all after having had printer problems and printer hookups dating back to just before Thanksgiving. He made short work of the whole thing, even having time to help me with stuff I should but don't know about using my laptop advantageously. Plus. . . he is very polite, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Showed great respect for an elderly fumbler with technology. So appreciated!

The Geek Squad man set up my printer quickly, efficiently, and when he left, I had full confidence in the orinter and my knuwledge using it❣️It saved me the stress of figuring iut how to do it, trying to avoid the pitfalls , and worrying about whether I had done it correctly! Matthew came to set up my new printer which had been shipped free because I am a Total tech member. He was so nice, knowledgeable, helpful and got it up and running quickly. He made sure my PC, Laptop and cell phone were able to connect to the printer. I will certainly ask for Matthew again! My fussy small dog liked him too.

The two installers were very nice,answered all my questions and made the experience worth the cost.

This was not actually a printer set up. My scanner on the existing printer completely stopped working and I was also unable to print from laptop. I had Travis and he was outstanding. He sat at the desktop and literally whipped through some things and all of sudden it was fixed - same with both issues. I hope he stays with Geek Squad as I will request him every time.

My HP PhotoSmart printer stopped printing black ink. CMY printed, but not black. The technician called the day before the appointment to get all the facts and suggested I purchase a new printer to have on hand just in case my existing one was not fixable. Turned out he was right. There was a mechanical problem with my existing printer that couldn't be fixed. So he set up the new printer, showed me how to use it, and answered all my questions. Would have taken me twice as long to do that myself.

The communication was exemplary about time of arrival. The service provider was professional and completed the installation of my printer in no time and had some helpful comments about its use and my wifi. Thanks for a job well done!
