The agent very quickly installed my new printer and had it up and running in no time. He made sure I understood the new features of my printer and did a series of demonstrations to show me. He also made sure I understood how to install the new ink cartridges as the ink is different in this new model.

I was totally impressed with the young gentleman that installed my printer. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process. Austin was on time and hooked everything up quite quickly. I told him if I ever need an installment again I am definitely requesting him. He rates a 10 from me!

Greg and Lucas were terrific Geek Squad members. They put on foot protectors for my flooring, a wonderful touch. More important, they got my electronic devices working - new printer, new modem, new wifi, new computer attached and answered a question about connection of mobile phone to wifi. Also were able to trouble shoot why my TV had no color. I was watching black and white. It was a $30.00 cable, So, saved me from purchasing a new TV>

Jason set up my last printer/fax All-In-One and he is Awesome! The Best Buy Geek Squad Rep Jason excellent! Jason gave excellent customer service. He is a brilliant Techie and knows everything about setting up your devices and he makes sure it’s running well with your computer & laptop. I returned the smaller printer I purchased to buy this one so my new set up appointment was rescheduled because of the COVID-19 Virus so just waiting for April 8th appointment so I can finally get this one setup.

Wow the Geek Squad was awesome. On time, set our new printer up and did some tests to be certain the printer was working properly. Well worth the money.

Shawn Kiehl was very professional and knowledgeable. He solved both of my printer problems and confirmed that we have Webroot protection continuing annually. He installed a battery back up for the new Motorola router/modem and advised regarding a problem with our universal remote accessing the tv. I was very satisfied. Give him an increase in pay. He is one of your top performing employees!

They were here and got everything set up and got printer set up and our phones set up with the printer too and working fine

I have used Best Buy Tech Support several times. I continue to keep my Best Buy Totaltech yearly subscription up to date so that I can call on the Geek Squad anytime I need help. They are always there for me. I rely on their professionalism, quality, value, response time and the way they explain/demonstrate everything to me. I learn more from them each time. I could not make the fax function on my epson all-in-one printer.The agent David T. had it working in a matter of minutes with a change of the telephone signaling protocol. He was courteous and and patient explaining every thing.

It was a great experience to see how smooth it can be to set up a printer. Great job Justen. One thing I have to mention. HP recommends to shut off the printer, so seal the cartridge. However, the MacBook pro does not see the printer when it is shut off. This is a problem between HP and Apple. I just leave the printer on at all times. See what happens. ter

My agent looked at the work location for the printer, and the distance to the home computer, unpacked the new printer, and warned me about a possible problem with it, completed the installation, loaded the paper, tested it, and showed me it was working, packed and left. Totally perfect job. I would ask for him for any related work. Didn't do photos.
