Geek Squad Member Timon Griffin at the appointed time, unboxed the Epson printer 4850, installed it. Hooked it up to my home Wifi and made sure it had connected with my computers and iPhone. He took time to explain how this printer functions. He did a great job and made it stress free! Now I enjoy printing my documents — Thank you Best Buy!!

On 2/7/23, a Geek Squad agent quickly and smoothly did an in-home setup of my new HP OJ Pro 8025e wireless printer to function with the 3 computers my family uses. The printer is performing well, and I like it. I would rate both the agent and the setup services excellent. Geek Squad is a great company, which I highly recommend.

The Geek agent Nick, was very polite, intelligent, and very quick prepping new computer. He installed the New Microsoft application along with 2 photo apps from my old computer. He answered all my questions truthfully and explained what he was doing when asked. Thankyou Nick and thankyou Geek Squad, you all are the best.

Could I have setup our new EcoTank Printer? Maybe. We have the Totaltech membership so when we purchased our new printer I scheduled for one of their techs to come set it up. We never did get our phones to work to print on our last printer. He made sure we can now print pictures from our phones.He was very personable and professional.

Love the Geek Squad! The tech kept me informed as to his arrival time, answered my questions about the equipment, paired it with other electronics, and treated me with respect, even though I prefer a real phone and a typewriter to all the electronics we have now. As long as I have to use modern technology Geek Squad will be my go-to.

I'm thankful to have had the Geek Squad out to set-up the printer I purchased. I was in the room while the work was being done, and it's just not something I could have done myself. After I moved my home, the Geek Squad set the printer up in my new home and it works perfect as before. Once again the Geek squad came through and set up my printer in a matter of minutes. The agent made sure we could print from all of our phones and laptops and answered any questions. Whether at the store or in home, the Geek squad always does a fine job.

The agent (Kevin) came to my home and got my new Canon laser black and white printer working with my new HP computer. Initially it loaded easily but turned out there was a conflict with my older scanner when both were plugged in at the same time. This wasn't immediately obvious but Kevin deciphered the problem and now everything is working well. I appreciated the support.

The technician arrived on time, assessed the problems relevant to the age of our computer and quickly identified a "software work around" to finish the installation of our new printer.
