The agent set up our printer and connected it to our computers. She also helped with providing connectors for the new laptop to the tv. She was very helpful in explaining how our printer works.

I could not have had a better experience and will definitely call for help if I have trouble or questions about anything I don't understand in the future. Steve completed installation and updated my new HP printer. Explained how to scan documents vs photos and their resulting file size. He arrived promptly and completed the task within 30 minutes.

The technician was prompt, efficient and polite. He appeared to know what he was doing. The result is my printer appears to be working fine. There is one exception...I bought a wireless printer but he advised that I would get a more dependable experience if he installed it as a wireline printer. I questioned that but thought he knew better and had more experience with printers than I did. When I shared this with the IT guy who helped me purchase my laptop, docking station, monitor, etc. he did not agree. He said it should have been installed as it was meant to be installed as a wireless printer so I would have that flexible functionality. So now I am stuck with a wired printer and I am tethered to my desktop when I want to print. He said he had never experienced any problems with wireless printers at all. Moral of the story: Install it as a wireless printer as it was designed.

The Geek Squad is an answer to a prayer for us. Bryan K came to the house and helped us get comfortable with our new iMac. He was so patient and supportive in answering our questions and concerns about our new computer. We are now up and running and know that we have someone to depend on for future challenges with the computer. Signing up on a yearly basis with the Geek Squad is one of the best things we did in 2021.

Geek Squad Total support is outstanding for this Tech neophyte. Whether it be help from the Tech phone center or an in-home service, I find that the people provinding this service friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is well worth the cost. I use this service for trouble shooting, as well as monthly maintenance. My only complaint is that phone servicing can take some time and scheduling an in-home appointment can take some time. Sometimes, if the product is not too heavy, making an in-store appointment will work better.

On 2/7/23, a Geek Squad agent quickly and smoothly did an in-home setup of my new HP OJ Pro 8025e wireless printer to function with the 3 computers my family uses. The printer is performing well, and I like it. I would rate both the agent and the setup services excellent. Geek Squad is a great company, which I highly recommend.

The Geek agent Nick, was very polite, intelligent, and very quick prepping new computer. He installed the New Microsoft application along with 2 photo apps from my old computer. He answered all my questions truthfully and explained what he was doing when asked. Thankyou Nick and thankyou Geek Squad, you all are the best.

Started a live chat which was escalated to a phone call, then to a tech to take over my computer. Unfortunately after a few hours it was determined that a home visit would be necessary. Luckily, then Geek Squad was able to move up my appointment and the tech was able to fix my problem in about 2 minutes! I am extremely glad to have Total Tech membership... definitely worth the cost!

My agent set my Epson printer up and explained how to also use the scanner feature. Very patient with me.

My agent looked at the work location for the printer, and the distance to the home computer, unpacked the new printer, and warned me about a possible problem with it, completed the installation, loaded the paper, tested it, and showed me it was working, packed and left. Totally perfect job. I would ask for him for any related work. Didn't do photos.

Agent Galo connected my printer to my computer . He is knowledgeable, professional, patience and friendly. He made sure l knew how to print documents before he left. He made a follow up call later that day to ensure everything was working. He is the “only” Agent, l have dealt with to make a telephone call to ensure it was working correctly. Geek Squad Member Timon Griffin at the appointed time, unboxed the Epson printer 4850, installed it. Hooked it up to my home Wifi and made sure it had connected with my computers and iPhone. He took time to explain how this printer functions. He did a great job and made it stress free! Now I enjoy printing my documents — Thank you Best Buy!!
