The Agent kept me informed when my appointment was and expected time to arrive. I appreciated this communication! The Agent is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He followed all guidelines for COVID19 safety. The Agent installed my new printer to my laptop and performed all tests to make sure that all applications were working with the new printer and able to print from various programs. Very pleased with experience dealing with Geek Squad Agent Chris!

I really appreciated Chris (I believe he told me that was his name but I apologize if not)--met him twice, he came and quickly gave me a great answer on my outlived and deceased printer, and helped me buy a new one rapidly--that was delivered the next day. Yeay Chris!

The Geek Squad agent phoned several times during the day to confirm the exact time of the service call. When the agent arrived at my home he was able to diagnose the printer issue and made the necessary repairs needed to correct the problem. As noted, the agent arrived as scheduled, was extremely courteous and performed the service in a professional manner. He made certain the problem was fixed and that I was satisfied with the service call. I highly recommend "Geek Squad" service. It was a good job, well done.

Could I have setup our new EcoTank Printer? Maybe. We have the Totaltech membership so when we purchased our new printer I scheduled for one of their techs to come set it up. We never did get our phones to work to print on our last printer. He made sure we can now print pictures from our phones.He was very personable and professional.

It was a great experience to see how smooth it can be to set up a printer. Great job Justen. One thing I have to mention. HP recommends to shut off the printer, so seal the cartridge. However, the MacBook pro does not see the printer when it is shut off. This is a problem between HP and Apple. I just leave the printer on at all times. See what happens. ter

Love the Geek Squad! The tech kept me informed as to his arrival time, answered my questions about the equipment, paired it with other electronics, and treated me with respect, even though I prefer a real phone and a typewriter to all the electronics we have now. As long as I have to use modern technology Geek Squad will be my go-to.

Wilson is so thorough and helpful. He set up our new printer, which he advised we purchase, and made sure we were able to use it. Next he helped set up headphones for a TV. Then made it possible for us to view our front door camera. He is so knowledgeable and personable, we will always ask for him to help us.

The agent who installed my printer was very efficient and set it up within 40 minutes. He also told me about some files and folders that I could delete to free up space on my hard drive, which I appreciated.

Shawn Kiehl was very professional and knowledgeable. He solved both of my printer problems and confirmed that we have Webroot protection continuing annually. He installed a battery back up for the new Motorola router/modem and advised regarding a problem with our universal remote accessing the tv. I was very satisfied. Give him an increase in pay. He is one of your top performing employees!

My agent Steve took on a difficult issue with my desktop. He was determined to find a solution and explored a lot of potential fixes. Stayed with it until he solved my problem, then went even further showing me other potential problems with my pc and our laptops. Removed a ton of apps and issues that we were not even aware of. Set up our systems to be simpler and more user friendly. Cannot say enough about his service. If you do not have Total Tech support, get it. That is the best money we spend at Best Buy every year.

Printer set up warrantee I purchased this because when I was installing my printer I could only get so far and I couldn’t get any further. Geek squad came out and hooked it up and even showed me that I could print from my cell phone which has been awesome! The geek squad is the only way to go!!!They can answer any question you have! Thank you geek squad!

Anthony, the technician who was to install my printer, called to ask if he could come a bit earlier than scheduled. That was perfect for my schedule. When he arrived he greeted me very warmly and set about doing his job. He explained everything as he completed the work in very little time. It was very clear that he had a lot of experience. I asked him several questions about my computer and he gave me clear, understandable answers. I was very satisfied with the work that was done and with the polite and helpful manner of Anthony.

The Geek Squad Agent installed my new printer with great efficiency. He also explained to me how the printer works best and how to install new Ink Cartridges and how to tell when needed. I have had no problems using my printer and appreciate the helpfulnes and timeliness of the Geek Squad Agent.

Ten times better than the Frigidaire I replaced. Top and bottom opening handles worked great for short wife and myself.

WiFi Printer setup went quickly and smooth. BUT, about a week later scammers with most of the info about the GS visit, I couldn't get a straight answer from BB or GS how my info was compromised

Service was fine and quick. However, we never got the guarantee card to register our TR8620a Canon printer online. I have always been given the guarantee card to register my purchase. I would appreciate if the Geek Squaad would provide it!!

Mr. Deuce Saunders of your "Geek Squad", Spanish Fort, Alabama store did an exceptionally good job at connecting our printer, explaining the process, and, what I had done wrong in the DIY process. Many thanks go out to the employees of the Spanish Fort store for their help with our purchase. I recommend the total tech subscription, it is well worth the money.

Mike arrived promptly as scheduled. He was courteous and very patient as he connected my printer and answered my many other questions about my WiFi, etc. as I am a “Senior” I’m sure I asked the same questions several times. Mike respectfully explained not only my printer but any other computer related questions.
