I really appreciated Chris (I believe he told me that was his name but I apologize if not)--met him twice, he came and quickly gave me a great answer on my outlived and deceased printer, and helped me buy a new one rapidly--that was delivered the next day. Yeay Chris!

Michel was the Geek Squad rep that came to fix my printer. He actually was the gentleman who installed the printer to begin with which was a plus. I had some questions regarding operating the printer and he explained everything and made sure I knew how to operate the printer before leaving. We discussed several issues and I was very pleased with the results. He was able to remedy the problem and I am using the printer with no problems.

The geek squad set up my new printer and got everything working and showed me how to use it.

The agent was extremely helpful. He explained how to carry out all of the functions I use on the printer, as well as give me extra tips or assistance (e.g. short-cuts) that made operations even easier. He was 100% professional. I always felt comfortable asking him questions. I highly recommend Geek Squad Service.

I tend to buy warranties just to be on the safe side with products especially electrical products. Thus far Best Buy has stood by their warranties when I’ve had to return product beyond the return date . The representative that I spoke with over the phone was very helpful but unfortunately they did give me correct information about the warranty. I did decide to take it into the store and it was determined that the warranty covered my printer.

Agent fixed my problem very quickly and showed me some extra features I could use. Then he solved another problem I was having on another device.

The Geek Squad employee was knowledgeable and had my printer up and running in such a short amount of time. He answered my questions and was kind enough to take my old printer with him when I asked. I was v ery pleased with his skill level.

The agent did a fantastic job setting up my printer. He was able to set it up to 3 computers and my phone! It is so nice to print off the phone! He was very pleasant as well. Couldn't ask for a better appointment!

Geek Squad had this done and gone before I could think about it. They even discovered a problem with our incoming cable line. We now have much better service after calling cable company for repair. They came immediately and repaired a loose connection in the attic. Thank you Geek Squad.

The 2 techs went straight to work trouble shooting the problem. 10 minutes later the problem was resolved!

The agent was here once before to resolve another problem with my printer, which he repaired. I then ran into another printer problem. He fixed that, too. From what I've experienced, the agents that came to resolve the issues I've had relating to my TV and printer have been courteous and professional.

He did a fine job, answered my questions, was professional, prompt, and friendly. He called the day before and the day of the delivery so I knew where he was and when he would arrive. It has been working well. My only complaint is not to the Geek Squad, but that there was no book. They gave me a CD, but my tablet does not play them so it is useless.

The staff member connected my new printer and set everything up for me. He answered all my questions and I found him extremely helpful, courteous, and respectful. Aaron was excellent and I was totally satisfied with the service he provided. He demonstrated a task I needed explained. He took his time and I never felt hurried while he was setting things up. He even answered a question about my Amazon echo that I purchased at Best Buy.
