Greg and Lucas were terrific Geek Squad members. They put on foot protectors for my flooring, a wonderful touch. More important, they got my electronic devices working - new printer, new modem, new wifi, new computer attached and answered a question about connection of mobile phone to wifi. Also were able to trouble shoot why my TV had no color. I was watching black and white. It was a $30.00 cable, So, saved me from purchasing a new TV>

The agent (Kevin) came to my home and got my new Canon laser black and white printer working with my new HP computer. Initially it loaded easily but turned out there was a conflict with my older scanner when both were plugged in at the same time. This wasn't immediately obvious but Kevin deciphered the problem and now everything is working well. I appreciated the support.

Geek Squad had this done and gone before I could think about it. They even discovered a problem with our incoming cable line. We now have much better service after calling cable company for repair. They came immediately and repaired a loose connection in the attic. Thank you Geek Squad.

I am giving the 5 stars to Braym Escalante, your tech man, for setting the printer up. I'd never have been able to do it on my own. The book that comes with the printer is very vague and it's not easy to get answers to my questions. HP Support only answers basic questions but not the ones that need more detailed answers.

The Geek Squad member who came to set up the printer was excellent! He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the product and had a solution or answer to any problem or question. He was very professional and polite. He was trustworthy!

He explained how to carry out all of the functions I use on the printer, as well as give me extra tips or assistance (e.g. short-cuts) that made operations even easier. He was 100% professional. He is a brilliant Techie and knows everything about setting up your devices and he makes sure it’s running well with your computer & laptop. I returned the smaller printer I purchased to buy this one so my new set up appointment was rescheduled because of the COVID-19 Virus so just waiting for April 8th appointment so I can finally get this one setup.

The agent was here once before to resolve another problem with my printer, which he repaired. I then ran into another printer problem. He fixed that, too. From what I've experienced, the agents that came to resolve the issues I've had relating to my TV and printer have been courteous and professional.

The agent set up my new printer and gave instructions on how to operate it. He was very knowledgeable about the printer and also patent in helping me to understand how to use it.

Geek Squad Agent Dvid Laney was his usual efficient taskmaster, explaining to me what he was doing and going over the steps I should do on my own. Hr updated the printer, , checked my computer for viruses (none found) and gave me advice on further safety precautions to see my equipment safe As I have said before he knows my computer and accessories better than I do,
