THE REVIEW AND TEACHING OF MY NEW WINDOWS 11 COMPUTER WAS VERY THOROUGH. BOTH IN STORE AND VERTUALY THE GEEK SQUAD WAS EFFICIENT AND SOLVED ALL QUESTIONS AND PROBLEMS

the agent went right to work, he knew the printer, and repaired it, not complaining or questioning me. he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly.

The techs were kind and courteous. They helped locate my printer on as well as set it up for printing. HOWEVER, there was a mistake made at the Geek Squad desk in the store. The purpose of the visit was to activate Air Print function on my internet. The techs worked for quite a while installing the printer driver, successfully, but they could not find the Air Print function and finally said the printer was not capable of it. Therefore, THE VISIT WAS NOT NECESSARY! I had to buy a cable and put the printer on my desk. I want a refund of the fee for the visit, because you should have figured that out at the Geek desk.

Geek squad worked on situation and thought he had it pretty much taken care of and left. I had to contact him the next day because situation was still present even worse. He worked with it remotely and we learned some things. He ended by saying he would have to come back at his own expense No Charge To Me. He did call once to see if he could come back on that Saturday mid afternoon, I told him I my husband and I already had plans and I understood him today he would call me the following Wednesday to check back in as to when he could come,,, I still have not heard back from him, and the problem is still present, as much if not worse. Hopefully this Monday or Tuesday 29th or 30th will work for him.

The technician was knowledgeable in all aspects of the set-up procedure. It was more tedious than he had anticipated, since he had to download drivers specific to my type of Internet access. Once they were obtained, however, the printer was fully functional. He even stayed to see it would work for a test printing before he left.

By far, the most professional, courteous, kind, and knowledgeable individual I have had the pleasure of visiting my home for service of any kind. Jason was OUTSTANDIDNG. Not only did he coome to the rescue of my problems, was able to identify the problem, offered courses of action for upcoming visit(s), and provided comforting solutions for the future. A pure PLEASURE indeed!

The tech rep set up my printer and gave me some hints on how to scan save things plus put in new ink and gave me advice on using the printer and what to do when I leave Arizona and go back home for the summer. He was very professional and did a very nice job. I appreciated his help and the fact that he knew I didn't know much about printers or computers but make me feel comfortable.

Service was fine and quick. However, we never got the guarantee card to register our TR8620a Canon printer online. I have always been given the guarantee card to register my purchase. I would appreciate if the Geek Squaad would provide it!!

Agent Victor Lamie arrived on Nov 03, 2020 within the time allotted to his schedule. He were proper protective attire, e.g. shue cover, gloves and face mask. His knowledge of how to properly connect my Canon Pixma iP 8720 printer to the computer, was impeccable. I am satisfied with Victor's Total Tech Support service. Presently, I am immersed into printingy premium quality mature photos. I would grade Victor's work performance at its best.

The agent was friendly, set up my printer made sure everything worked properly, made sure internet connection was on and working, and made sure my cell phone and laptop could send things to the printer to print them off! Agent was fast and did a thorough job. I could not be more pleased!

The agent set up our printer and connected it to our computers. She also helped with providing connectors for the new laptop to the tv. She was very helpful in explaining how our printer works.

Steve completed installation and updated my new HP printer. Explained how to scan documents vs photos and their resulting file size. He arrived promptly and completed the task within 30 minutes.

Printer is working for me. Geek squad showed me how to use it.

Andy did an awesome job of assisting my printer set up snd helping access an app and and hrr we point purchase malware for my computer safety. I as pore coated his help snd not having to wait until the end of the month to get the service. That has been the frustrating part of cancellation of home geek squad service. Great job today!
