The agent called about 20 minutes ahead of time to let us know when to expect him. The agent set up the printer on our desktop and our laptop. He was friendly, courteous and completed it quickly. He took the time to answer all of our questions and to make sure he had completed all of the work we were expecting him to complete.

Josh Reetz completed a complex install of a new computer, monitor, printer, DVD reader, hubs, backup drive, software and file transfers. The installation was clean with all connecting cables grouped and neatly organized. He was pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and addressed all my questions clearly. Upon completion everything worked perfectly. My work area is uncluttered and easier to keep clean. He is welcome to work in my home at any time.

He was on time, excellent, and very efficient at setting up my Canon Tank printer. He inspired confidence with his quiet methodical dealing with the complexity of getting started. Would recommend him to anyone. What a relief not to put all those plastic ink cartridges in the landfill !

I only gave this average as the first agent that came out had no clue how to hook up my printer, and told me that Best Buy would buy me a new printer. Totally not true. To be fair, he was a new employee. The second agent that came out however, was excellent and got to the solution and got me hooked up that day. It was just tough to be without a printer for three weeks.

Use of printer was done quite fast. Now need to see on how to scan etc.

The agent was super knowledgeable & friendly. He was on time, and had the printer & laptop talking to each other in a short time. He then gave my wife & I a tutorial & left us with the knowledge to use both better!

The Geek Squad member who came to set up the printer was excellent! He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the product and had a solution or answer to any problem or question. He was very professional and polite. He was trustworthy!

The repair man was very courteous and fixed my printer.

I would not purchase a product without the Geek Squad! They had to come to my house twice as the first printer that was shipped here was a lemon, not there fault it happens. I returned it to the store came home with a new one that same day and within 3 days the Geek Squad was here and my new HP Printer was up and running! I recommend to purchase the Geek Squad Service it's worth every penny!

The agent who installed my printer was very efficient and set it up within 40 minutes. He also told me about some files and folders that I could delete to free up space on my hard drive, which I appreciated.

The guys from Geek did a great job. They explained the process and answered a number of questions as they worked.

He arrived right on time, quickly set the printer up and then he showed me some features that differed a little from the old printer I had. He left no mess. He asked if I had any questions, Wished me a good day and was on his way. Very personable and polite. Great service.

The technician was excellent. He arrived right on time and let us know well in advance of his expected arrival time. He was very cordial, set up everything very efficiently and patiently demonstrated all of the printer operations and had us do some hands on to verify we understood how to operate the printer. This is our second Geek Squad experience but it won’t be our last.

The Geek Squad agents were helpful over the phone with troubleshooting my router to the printer connection problem and scheduling an appointment for an agent to further diagnose and repair the problem at my home. The agent arrived on time and did a thorough assessment of our home office equipment to ensure our computers and printer were interfacing with the router efficiently and fixed the issue in less than an hour. Overall, outstanding service!
