The agent connected my new printer to my new laptop & helped me we with a couple of other issues. Very knowledgeable & explained things so that I understood. Didn’t feel rushed like it is for a 20 minute appointment in the store with distractions & not enough time.

I was very satisfied with the Geek Squad service on 10/23/24, wherein my new printer was paired with my computer.

The agent, Alec attempted to connect mr Laptop, I Phone and I pad to my HP printer. Determined that my particular printer was outdated, requiring a new printer. This was ordered, shipped to me, delivered the next day. The following day Alec returned and connected all devices to the printer.

A Geek Squad person came to my home and installed my new printer in no time at all. I had originally thought all I had to do was to connect a few wires, but there was a lot more to it due to having to go into my laptop and make sure internal workings could "speak" to the printer and enable it to follow commands.

Geek Squad is my "go to" for all my technology. This time, it was to install a new printer after my last one died from longevity!

Agent was aware of updates and reconfigured computer and modem.

Complete and professional job in setting up my printer.

The tech installed my wireless printer quickly. All devices were connected and tested. Gave me a tip to always print in color mode with the new bottled ink. Print about 5000 copies before adding new ink. Thats about 10 packs of 500 sheets...2 years for me!

WiFi Printer setup went quickly and smooth. BUT, about a week later scammers with most of the info about the GS visit, I couldn't get a straight answer from BB or GS how my info was compromised

If memory serves me correctly, my installer's name was, Steven. He was very conscientious and helpful. He made sure that I was comfortable operating my new HP ENVY Inspire 7955e before leaving. He even cleaned up all the old icons referencing my old printer a on all my devices. Great Experience!

The Geek Squad gentleman came to install our new Computer Printer. We had tried to connect it to our internet for over 8 hours without success. He was able to connect it within 30 minutes. We would recommend using these Geek Squad personnel for in home installation.

The representative checked the cords to assure that they were connected correctly. I had a second printer which was tested to see if there was a problem with the first. He carried the bigger printer upstairs and offered to take it back down…I appreciated his efforts. His covid-19 protocol was followed mask, foot covers and a little cone which was explained as used to keep 6ft distance.

The printer I purchased was defective. The geek squad replaced the item and set up the new one in a matter of a few hours.

printer is compact and fits into the small space I have. The Geek agent let me know when he would arrive and was on time. His customer service on a scale of 1 to 10 was a twenty. Very personable and professional. Knew exactly how to get the printer installed. Very knowlegable

My printer was saying there was a paper jam when there was absolutely no paper anywhere. When geek squad got to my house, he didn’t see anything either. Upon further investigation, he found the worlds tiniest piece of tape (clear tape) stuck to one of the spools. He took it out and cleaned the printer and it is back to working perfectly! I am so thankful as I work from home and my printer is my lifeline.
