Patrick, the special agent who came to install and set everything up, was simply The Best!! He was patient with my questions, understanding in addressing my knowledge gaps, and clearly explained everything he was doing. I count on Geek Squad and Best Buy, and they have never let me down! Patrick provides the perfect example of their excellence.

The agent was very professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. He was able to complete an issue I had that 2 other agents on 800 geek squad could not. The agents online claimed my printer was connected even though I still could not print and the printer did not show up as an option For me to choose. So even though I ended up paying $50 for an appointment the agent that came to our home was amazing and accomplished the task.

Printer successfully connected. Technician was on time and professional. The printer was connected with no difficulty.

Ron Edwards set up my new Apple laptop and transferred all data from my desktop Mac. It was obvious that he knew exactly what he was dong and completed the task very quickly. He also installed Microsoft Office for me.

It was easy to set up my appointment, I had called the Fort Wayne store, but I got a young lady in South Carolina. Her name was.Keyania. She was very efficient, very personable, and got me scheduled without a hitch.

the agent was not familiar with Excel which was the main concern.

The Technician called the day of installation to let me know he was on his way. He installed my printer quickly and showed me how to change the cartridges and how to print from my computer including how to switch from auto to mono. It worked different from my old printer. The Technician did a excellent job. Highly recommend him. He is superior.

Agent connected printer to computer very quickly. Only comment was the time slot given was 1-5 pm and the agent called and came t 12/00 which was NOT as we had requested. this meant that I was not home and had to leave, my husband who has failing memory, to watch what agent did. Having explained that to the agent, he did write down what was required when using the printer.

Robert was quick and efficient. Answered all my questions. It was a very good experience. Kudos to Robert setting up the new printer with wireless connection to computer

Agent troubleshooted my desk top,pc connections, printer and and Wifii to ensure all were compatible before she left. She tried to understand why we are not able to get the Disney + to stream. Seems the remote that came with the 2018 Samsung Smart Tv...is not suitable/ the instore techs confirmed that. I hope to be able to get another from Samsung.
