It was a really tricky set up. Glad they did it! I sure couldn’t do it.

The worker came on time and unpacked items. He hooked up and got the computer on line. He also hooked up the printer and answered all my questions. A very good day. Thank you.

Geek squad worked on situation and thought he had it pretty much taken care of and left. I had to contact him the next day because situation was still present even worse. He worked with it remotely and we learned some things. He ended by saying he would have to come back at his own expense No Charge To Me. He did call once to see if he could come back on that Saturday mid afternoon, I told him I my husband and I already had plans and I understood him today he would call me the following Wednesday to check back in as to when he could come,,, I still have not heard back from him, and the problem is still present, as much if not worse. Hopefully this Monday or Tuesday 29th or 30th will work for him.

The agent installed my new printer and synced my lap top, iPad, and iPhone to the printer. He was professional, friendly, and efficient.

Agent Victor Lamie arrived on Nov 03, 2020 within the time allotted to his schedule. He were proper protective attire, e.g. shue cover, gloves and face mask. His knowledge of how to properly connect my Canon Pixma iP 8720 printer to the computer, was impeccable. I am satisfied with Victor's Total Tech Support service. Presently, I am immersed into printingy premium quality mature photos. I would grade Victor's work performance at its best.

my printer set up was fast and installer was friendly and courteous. the installer was on time and let my know by phone ahead of time a window for my appointment.

Our technician was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and worked diligently to fix our printer; he was also polite and friendly. We would definitely use the Geek Squad again.

I would not purchase a product without the Geek Squad! They had to come to my house twice as the first printer that was shipped here was a lemon, not there fault it happens. I returned it to the store came home with a new one that same day and within 3 days the Geek Squad was here and my new HP Printer was up and running! I recommend to purchase the Geek Squad Service it's worth every penny!

The agent setup the printer and added all the printer functions I didn't know were available. He then took the time to explain the new computer programs and remove the ones I was not going to use, He really made my day!

The technician was excellent. He arrived right on time and let us know well in advance of his expected arrival time. He was very cordial, set up everything very efficiently and patiently demonstrated all of the printer operations and had us do some hands on to verify we understood how to operate the printer. This is our second Geek Squad experience but it won’t be our last.

My printer is set up AND I know how to use it :-). That is all I ever ask. (Training me is the difficult part and it was done perfectly!!Geek Squad. Matt was great; arrived on time, installed the printer and then worked with me to assure I knew all the subtleties of using it. Perfect!!!

The best buy tech Greg from the geek squad went above and beyond to hook up my printer. I had initial issues with comcast and wifi that he resolved even though he had to comeback for a second visit to complete. He was very thorough and helpful in all ways

Nam assisted with installation of newly purchased wireless printer. Very professional & so helpful connecting printer. Then, didnt waste anytime showing me how to use features/functions! Totally worth paying a little extra for installation service!
