Adam came to my Home yesterday and connected my new printer and installed a new google Nest Wifi Router and point. He was very professional and patient with me as I could not remember passwords. He worked through it and figured it all out. Adam is very knowledgeable and got the job done very quickly. I will request for Adam to come out with anything I need done in the future.

Daniel is an excellent technician. He is patient and very knowledgeable. The first printer I purchased was defective so he returned it for me and brought another one the next day. I couldn't have asked for better service!

The agent, Nick, hooked up my printer and connected my printer to my computer. He also had come out several weeks prior to see what was wrong with my old printer. It was unfixable so I had to buy a new one. He was even able to suggest a new one comparable to my old one. I can't say enough about all of the help I have gotten from the GS. They are the best!

The Geek Squad agent Gino gave exceptional service. He came in and sent up my HP printer in short time both for my desk top and laptop. Everything worked right from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He had everything set up and ready to go in a half hour. I am extremely pleased.

Very positive experience with the reps from the Daytona Beach BestBuy location. True professionals. After moving to the area, decided to use the "pros" to assist with setting up new computer, printer, and scanner. They had the equipment up and running (connected to my home network) in record time. Highly recommend the service.

My husband had the Geek Squad run the TV through the receiver and I could not get the remote to turn on the TV. He was in the hospital and unable to solve the problem. The Geek Squad specialist came out and made some adjustments so that it was properly synced. He then trained me to use the remote. Dumb? yes, but necessary. Thank you.

The best buy tech Greg from the geek squad went above and beyond to hook up my printer. I had initial issues with comcast and wifi that he resolved even though he had to comeback for a second visit to complete. He was very thorough and helpful in all ways

The tech support person - Tray - is as always fabulous! He provided set up support for new printer. He is the very good but I know needs more other folks like him to support the community of Whatcom County. This is a note that I hopes reaches his manager/director and one that can make a difference by adding another at home tech person to the team!

The personnel set up my new iPad and printer without any difficulty and was able to place the printer in my desired location. He fave us a demonstration of hoe to use it and took the time to answer any questions we had. Very satisfied with his home visit.

A friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable expert visited on very short notice. Although it was not possible to get my new laptop working with my old printer (printer manufacturer does not provide updated drivers), he did get my old laptop working with the printer/scanner. He still made me happy and accomplished my mission! :)

This agent is always on time, to the dime. Always does a fast, clean job of it. However, I don’t appreciate having to set my alarm clock, so I can be ready at 7:30 A.M. to let an agent in. I don’t get more than 3 hours sleep. I don’t want to be the first appointment, ever.

The agent carried my printer from the front door to my office. It was too heavy for me to lift. He did a great in setting it up and testing to make sure it worked. I have a lot of cords as I have two computers and a Photosmart color printer. He straighten all of them and even found one I did not need. He learned that my old USB hub port would not support my new printer and suggested that I get a 3.0 updated hub.

Geek squad will resolve your problem and always take thier times to answer your questions and doubts will works fast to resolve your problem ... thank you as always for your work ... i recomend geek squad with my eyes clothes they the #1 doing the job. You guys are fast!
