What I'm writing today is an "overall" review of the services I receive thru this contract: Certainly the "in house" service which I pay extra for is generally of the best quality. I can't say enough good things about Geek Squad agent Ryan Hamilton . . capable, honest, and competent; his service is always great. The crew at the Local outlet in the mall do excellent work as well, but a little more effort on our part to take the equipment to their shop, return for it, and so forth. The online group is okay for a large portion of problems, but not as thorough as we like on occasion.

Outstanding service from my tech. He took the time to ensure my printer was fully functional before he left and provided an excellent tutorial so I can get optimal usage from my printer. Very very courteous, well-informed and professional. A pleasure to work with and an excellent representative of the GEEK Squad.

Mathew did thorough, great job checking all internet devices were in correct operational order, reinstalled new printer, checked system passwords, and provided useful tips to check cable TV operations. This was 2nd service call by Mathew, at our request. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful.

The Geek squad was unable to connect my printer. The printer would not allow Geek squad to connect, I was told to return the printer. They were great guys they just couldn’t help me

Connected my printer to my computer and cleand my computer of viruses.

The HP 6001 printer works great (very fast)& the installer (Geek Squad) was very professional & nice.

The agent setup the printer and added all the printer functions I didn't know were available. He then took the time to explain the new computer programs and remove the ones I was not going to use, He really made my day!

I am very happy with my new printer. The technician called me and was at my house fast. It did not take him long to get it hooked up to my computer. He was very nice.
